From progress notes to billing and scheduling I can handle everything with TherapyNotes. Having a one-stop-shop is incredibly convenient.

Initially I wasnt fond of manually inputting clients insurance details from their forms. However the recent upgrade automatically generates their insurance form into their Billing Settings saving me considerable time. I appreciate this improvement!

Scheduling is a breeze setting up portals is straightforward and I can upload new documents whenever necessary. Plus the support team is always wonderful.

Im unable to send claims for secondary insurance and have to manage this externally. Additionally updates can sometimes take a while to come through.

The telephone customer service is excellent and prompt with extensive operating hours. Insurance billing is easy the design is simple to follow and the to-do list is comprehensive and accurate. TherapyNotes also regularly updates its software which is proactive.

Registering a new client grants them only seven days of TherapyPortal Access causing multiple issues when they need to reconnect. Its inconvenient that clients cant reset their own passwords this should be addressed. The unnecessary pop-up indicating a poor connection during Telehealth sessions is distracting. For the Calendar view Id prefer to see my entire day without scrolling. The process of charging copays for multiple clients at the end of the day involves excessive clicking lacking a one-click option.

One of TherapyNotes greatest strengths is the support I receive when I call. Their assistance in resolving my self-inflicted issues is both broad and deep. They stick with me throughout the process and see it through to the end showing genuine care and commitment.

I wish TN would allow a longer password expiration period extending it from one week to one month.
