Nor recommend! It was the most frustrating experience for our office.

Good sales techniques of the representative.

Cons

Over promising. The rep will tell you that ThriveCloud has everything within the program but in reality a lot of third parties are involved. The X- rays were transferred from the Eagle soft not in order and were never fixed. From day one we came across a lot of problems and when contacted technical support they would not be able to resolve the issue. They would say that they need some time to investigate the issue and they will contact you later. At the end they will blame you for the problem and will suggest to watch the demo video to learn how to operate the program. We lost a lot of time and money on them and were lucky to cancel their crevices on time and go back to Eaglesoft. Overall our company experience with ThriveCloud was negative and stressful.

Excellent Filipino Software and Client Specialist(s)

Pros

In my experience, ThriveCloud stands out with top-notch software and client support. The Filipino team is incredibly thoughtful, promptly returning our calls when we can't reach someone by phone. They ensure all our issues are resolved and even give us a heads-up via email about any new glitches. We truly appreciate their proactive approach.

Cons

I notice slight delays when switching between features, which can be a bit frustrating at times.

Pros

The overall appearance and ease of navigating this platform are excellent. Plus, it's accessible from anywhere!

Cons

Learning to use this software has been a bit challenging, which is typical with new technology. As one of the first dental offices to adopt it, we've witnessed all the new developments as they've rolled out. However, being cloud-based has its drawbacks, it can crash unexpectedly and log you out during critical tasks.

Buyer Beware

Pros

Thrive shows promising potential as a cloud software solution. It would be outstanding if everything functioned perfectly, but that's not always the case.

Cons

We've encountered numerous issues with the software not operating smoothly and consistently. Despite using it for over a year, problems persist. Initially, customer service was responsive, but now it's slower. They often try to blame us for the issues until we walk them through step by step to prove otherwise.
