“No Issues at all

Pros

It is working extremely well for us and we like it a lot better than our *last software. The customization has helped us a lot and now we are able to save the information in the way that we want.

UniCharts EMR is very easy to customize according to our specialization and it remembers our preferences once we set them.

It took longer to learn than our old software, but it was still fine.

The billing module is easy to use and we are able to process all claims in a timely manner. Very impressive.

There should also be a customization option for the dashboard so we can arrange the view according to our preferences.

A big issue with this software is the difficulty in accessing data, and their customer support is also not very helpful.

There are some issues with reports and we cannot authorize more people to make changes once it has been created.

It's really easy to use and add patient records electronically. Plus, all doctors and nurses can access them from their own logins.

It has a very interface that makes it convenient to add notes and enter other information. I can change the templates, alerts, and other features however I want.

They need to add a pharmacy Rx interface so we can send orders and manage prescriptions from within the same program.

Pros

It has a visually appealing interface which makes it easier to write and read notes. The software can be accessed from different browsers and you can customize it according to your preferences. It is also easy to contact providers and manage billing details all on the same system.

Cons

It does not offer cloud-backup options so you need a physical server to save any information. The Unicharts software is cannot be integrated with other medical software or Macros which is inconvenient.

It is very easy to manage and use. Everything is managed very nicely and the features are very useful.

Cons

The customer support isn't the nicest. I wish they were a little more responsive.
