Their customer service team respond within 24 hours and always have great recommendations. Once the system is set up as desired, it makes data collection and admin duties flawless.
Cons
it has a learning curve to and takes one month to get everything set up as you desire.

Our staff says that it is the easiest they have found when it comes to charting progress notes. They love the option of having check boxes. So far it has been a great experience for our office.

Their demo and training process is very simple and easy, Customer service always help you out with customizing dashboards. Really handy to use for small clinical practices with impressive built-in templates.
Cons
Initially, there was a problem of system bugs but the team has been really supportive and it has improved a lot!
