All good up to this point

Pros

I like the ease with which I or my clients can book appointments. Plus the platform is self explanatory which makes it even better. And whenever I need assistance, the Vagaro staff is readily available, with tutorials available for everything.

Cons

The instructions for the credit card processor are not quite clear, which is the major flaw I have noticed so far.

Pros

I spent a lot of time setting up my account only to realize it was not a good fit for my business. Requiring every client to create a Vagaro account just to book an appointment feels like a bad approach. This could lead to losing a significant number of potential customers, the chance I don't want to take.

Cons

As mentioned before by me, booking process for potential clients is not user friendly. The sales strategy feels forceful too.

Me and my clients like it!!!

Both my clients and I like the reminder feature. It is easy to use.

Cons

I wish we could search for a gift certificate using a persons name. Additionally it would be great to have another color option for personal time off besides brown. However I suppose it doesn't matter much. The thing I am less satisfied with is the soap notes. They need to appear more professional when printed out. The best soap notes program I used was Win City Soap Notes. they looked very professional and were easy to use. Unfortunately, they are no longer in business. I currently use Clinic Sense, which is okay.

Vagaro has proven to be great for my tattoo and piercing business as it is specifically designed for service-based businesses like mine. Plus the customer support team is really helpful and always ready to assist whenever needed. What I love most is how user-friendly it is.

I really enjoy using Vagaro. The software is very user friendly and even if you encounter any difficulties, Vagaro offers a university where you can take classes on how to use the platform or perform specific tasks. The price is well within my budget especially considering that Vagaro provides all the necessary tools for building a successful business compared to other programs.

Cons

The feature I like least about Vagaro is the fact that add on functions come at an extra cost. Featuring your business on Vagaro requires an additional fee and developing a form also incurs an extra charge. It is these little fees that add up especially when you're building your business.

They have a lot to offer and are super affordable compared to other software.

Cons

Would really appreciate it if some of the features were automated. The system is also very slow to operate on a daily basis. The patient portal needs to be updated as well, some of the records are hard to find.

Pros

Its a good software that gives you the liberty to customise according to your needs. The customer support is simply amazing, they help you out all the way to set up the whole thing. If you have a small practice like mine, I recommend buying this.

Super Easy to use and operate especially for beginners with zero software experiences. Also its pretty self explanatory so you rarely get lost navigating your way through it.
