I'm torn about this software and I have really mixed impressions. I signed up for a trial when I expected my business to launch in May but it's now September and I'm finally getting ready to open. The trial didn't let me actually test the debit card or the payment features. From what I gathered, if you didn't actively extend the trial you stopped receiving service. Despite that, I'm being billed $40.00, listed as $35.00 plus a late fee for services supposedly used in June. My trial covered the end of May into June so that really set me back. Then they locked me out of my account and are demanding payment of a $40.00 past due balance just to regain access but what happens after that? That payment would only unlock things, are they then going to bill me for additional months when I wasn't even using the platform? I sent several emails and they bounced with a notice saying the system flagged certain keywords so no one could respond. Imagine if I were fully operational and that situation occurred. While I was on the trial, there were some things I did like, the landing page builder and the reminders. However, the customer reminder emails felt impersonal, generic and automated. The location feature was neat but again the emails felt like one-line prompts and something about them rubbed me the wrong way. Admittedly I found creating the landing page a bit tricky but at least they provide one. The add-on costs are high so a software bill can suddenly climb past $200. I understand that but where is the support for startups and entrepreneurs? That $50 program seemed like it could have been a good fit and overall it looks like decent software but this $40 issue leaves a bad taste. If I pay and still can't get into my account, they'd effectively have taken $40 from me after a trial during which I didn't use the product. So I'm unsure what to do. Still I do recommend trying the trial. I've tried several platforms and so far nothing has wowed me or they're just too pricey for my startup. Ultimately, I'll keep looking for a better fit that balances reasonable pricing, useful features and reliable customer support before I commit to anything long-term.
Cons
There's a real risk they'll suspend an account for a missed payment. I dread my business suffering if that happens.

I am a fan of how convenient it is to find services and add-ons in the app and I also like that the stylist's availability is easy to see.
Cons
Personally I don't have any complaints about this app. I use it several times to book appointments with my local stylist and have even relied on it when I travel to visit my sister.

Pros
It makes it simple for me to handle booking appointments, although my clients often found the process extremely frustrating. I kept running into ongoing technical glitches that affected their experience. The one redeeming feature I noticed was its dependable accuracy in producing reports.
Cons
They charge way more than the value you actually get and I've seen nonstop technical problems. Support repeatedly brushed off or denied that there were system faults when I reported them. Their website integration costs extra and still doesn't work reliably for the price. Customization and design choices felt limited. At least one out of every three clients complained to me daily about glitches. They couldn't view or change appointments, missed notifications or had double-booking issues when unavailable times showed as open. Sometimes slots wouldn't be bookable at all and appointments went unfilled. Honestly, my experience was so poor that I wouldn't recommend this app.

I'm extremely annoyed by the problems I faced trying to set up their credit card processing (required for online booking), to the point that I really don't have anything positive to say about them.
Cons
They required me to set up credit card processing through them to use the software's online booking but offered no way to do this as a corporate entity which caused considerable extra work. They insisted the person who would be the primary user of the program be the one under whose name the application was submitted, even if that individual wasn't the company owner and they asked me to photograph that person's driver's license and send a selfie to confirm identity. When I'm operating as a corporation, the person completing the application is often different from the primary user and different from the owner yet they have no way to accommodate that structure and instead force me to act like a one-person operation, providing details that aren't accurate for my business.

Cons
We found that our clinic required more functionality than the platform provided. It served us very well for several years but we've outgrown its capabilities though I believe they're currently working to expand them. Overall the team has been supportive and I would still recommend the product.
