I am a solo beautician and Vagaro gives me the option to create a waiting list for my clients. It has made all the administrative processes easier.

The billing section requires you to add the total every time when it should be automatic.

Vagaro is great and I have been able to get my documents and records in order because of it. The customer service is always available to answer questions.

Since I am used to the old software, the billing system on Vagaro seems backwards to me.

It is a cloud-based software and they automatically update the system regularly. Vagaro can seamlessly integrate with your other programs and it is so easy to use.

There are some network problems because it is an online cloud-based solution.

I can book appointments online and also send reminders which has reduced the number of missed appointments down to zero.

They should improve the website design and make it more intuitive.

It is easy to schedule appointments and you can edit the information later as well. The account setup is also easy and we can access the dashboard from anywhere.

There are a few glitches in the mobile application but nothing major because it has not affected our workflow.

The Vagaro system is great because it lets me manage client appointments and other tasks all from the same platform. I can even schedule texts and send reminders so I can spend my time in a more productive manner.

It takes some time to reorient myself with the system after they introduce updates and I wish they wouldnt move the features around or add a guide to help older users.

I am in love with Vagaro. What we like the most about Vagaro are its reporting tools and its mobile app. Vagaro has made our lives easier.

The software isnt very beginner-friendly so at first, it seems impossible to use it but once you get the hang of it, its amazing.

Everything is so easy to access and understand. All the functions are perfect and the multi-use calendar has been my personal favorite. All the features go so well with my business and this software has turned out so useful for my work.

The issues I have with this software are close to none. The only thing I wish could do was print my address list to a label.
