Valant.io and the phenomenal customer service.

Pros

Despite initial challenges with the new valant.io system, updates and a user-friendly interface have made it preferable. The billing tab and customer service are particularly commendable.

Cons

Initial difficulties with a new interface were resolved with updates, although further improvements to patient statements and facility selection are desired.

Lack of support.

Pros

Up until 2017, this was good software to use. However, over time, their customer service started to deteriorate, and the system also became less flexible. The software is not up to date according to the market requirements.

Cons

Due to the occurrence of multiple glitches every day, poor customer support became a big problem for us.

For a solo practice, it was costly and advertised a parcel of features a solo supplier does not require. The treatment arrangement instrument was not as smooth as I thought it would be. It took a part of the time to set up
