Making appointments and locating clients is very easy, and it's simple to share with our instructors.
Cons
Immediate support is scarce, exacerbated by time zone differences resulting in delayed responses. Consequently, attempting to reply to emails often leads to misunderstandings about response times. While I've managed to resolve most issues independently, I worry about facing major challenges without adequate assistance.

I'm really impressed with how smooth the appointment setting process is and how sleek it looks on my website. This platform mainly serves this purpose for me. While most customers seem to grasp the appointment setting feature easily, the UI is not for everyone. However, after interacting with them, I doubt if those individuals could even send an email if required.
Cons
I'm now paying about 2.5 times what I started with. While customer service explained the added features, many aren't useful to me. A personalized plan would be more suitable. Also, syncing with my calendar generates long URLs that clutter the interface, and the mobile app is frustratingly slow.
