What can I say?

Pros

Making appointments and locating clients is very easy, and it's simple to share with our instructors.

Cons

Immediate support is scarce, exacerbated by time zone differences resulting in delayed responses. Consequently, attempting to reply to emails often leads to misunderstandings about response times. While I've managed to resolve most issues independently, I worry about facing major challenges without adequate assistance.

Ease of using for business

Cons

Altering the cost of a scheduled appointment requires canceling the entire appointment, rather than providing the option to adjust the cost.

Great Value and Features for the money.

Pros

The software's usability and overall CRM functionality are impressive. It delivers on its promises exceptionally well. While feature updates could be a tad more prompt, I'm a bit of a tech enthusiast and never seem to get them quickly enough!

Cons

Scheduling single and group appointments can become confusing, especially when offering and selling care packages. Clearer instructions for new users on navigating this process would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the ability to customize various meetings with intricate details. The overall user experience is quite satisfactory.

Cons

The sync and recurring meeting functionalities require improvement. Reliability is essential, and the current setup, which necessitates a separate feed for Vcita rather than integrating seamlessly with our Google calendar, adds unnecessary complexity to our workflow.

Great software and great support

Pros

It's simple to use and offers an excellent overview and communication with our customers.

Cons

Invoicing in the Netherlands has its quirks, especially with VAT and the Mollie payment link missing. I also wish there was an option to sync with Apple iCloud.

It is user-friendly and easily accommodates our employees. Setting up and grasping its functionalities is a breeze. It's a complete package.

Cons

Frankly, the mobile app gives me quite a headache. I often have to restart my phone to get it to load. Plus, the cost has skyrocketed since I started, from $29 to around $150. It's getting to the point where I might need to seek alternatives.

Cons

vcita review for Knights Chamber

Pros

I'm really impressed with how smooth the appointment setting process is and how sleek it looks on my website. This platform mainly serves this purpose for me. While most customers seem to grasp the appointment setting feature easily, the UI is not for everyone. However, after interacting with them, I doubt if those individuals could even send an email if required.

Cons

I'm now paying about 2.5 times what I started with. While customer service explained the added features, many aren't useful to me. A personalized plan would be more suitable. Also, syncing with my calendar generates long URLs that clutter the interface, and the mobile app is frustratingly slow.
