Pros
When it's functioning, it's satisfactory. However, when it fails to load, it becomes a frustrating ordeal, wasting valuable executive time, and as we all know, time equals money. The absence of live customer service is an outright insult from any service provider to their clientele.
Cons
When either my team or I encounter login issues on our devices, resolving them, even with a password reset, becomes quite inconvenient. Additionally, attempting to reach Google's Vcita customer service via their 800 and 855 numbers proves futile. The only available option seems to be an AI bot with predefined responses that fail to address our concerns adequately. This utter lack of customer support, especially in today's era, is frankly disappointing. Given the abundance of similar services, caution is advised when considering Vcita.

It's taking an eternity to streamline the setup to suit my business's personalized needs. I'm unsure if this platform is the best fit for my business. I'm not fond of how verbose it appears in my Gmail calendar. I wish customization options were more extensive, especially for addresses. Integrating addresses seems flawed, leading to multiple instances of incorrect locations. With multiple services and trucks, I find myself resorting to numerous workarounds that don't always benefit customers. I wish integration with Quickbooks was smoother; the current one-time sync is insufficient, and only a few details transfer over to Quickbooks. Consequently, my CRMs don't align.
