Additionally, attempting to reach Google's Vcita customer service via their 800 and 855 numbers proves futile. The only available option seems to be an AI bot with predefined responses that fail to address our concerns adequately. This utter lack of customer support, especially in today's era, is frankly disappointing. Given the abundance of similar services, caution is advised when considering Vcita.
