Cons

Great software for small business owner/solopreneur

Pros

It allows me to effortlessly communicate with prospective clients, book them on my calendar, and send appointment reminders. It's excellent for invoices, enabling online payments and income tracking.

Cons

Sometimes finding specific clients or invoices can be a bit challenging, but overall, there's not much to complain about.

Best Thing For Small Businesses

Pros

It made it unnecessary for me to hire an assistant in the early years of my business and simplifies training my new assistant. This platform is fantastic for scheduling appointments, managing clients, sending mass emails, accepting payments, and communicating with clients. I can take notes on each client call and share and receive documents. Everything I need is here.

Cons

I wish it had a more comprehensive accounting system and easier bulk file downloads for client submissions.

Great Robust Scheduling & Invoicing System

Pros

I needed software that could schedule both one-on-one services and group events. VCITA does both. I appreciate that the appointment reminders can be customized.

Cons

While patients previously faced difficulties rescheduling appointments, this hasn't been a recent issue.

I Love Vcita for Small Business!

Pros

This is by far the best intuitive platform I have used and implemented. After trying several CRMs over the years, this one works best for me and my needs. I won't switch to another!

Cons

Like everything, there's room for improvement, but vcita's wide range of apps and integrations made it easy to implement with minimal learning curve. Their own CC processing is convenient, though it takes a few days for transactions to appear in my account.

Pros

The automation appointment scheduler allows clients to book by filling out a simple form, and it includes follow-up messages that offer ideas for what you can send by editing.

Cons

Pros

It's easy to use once you know how. I love that new clients and appointments go straight to the app on my phone. I use the computer version for edits. It's a great way to personalize a payment website on your phone. I wish my app would keep me logged in all the time; sometimes I wait for an email before realizing I have a notification on the app.

Cons

The cost is high, and once you've upgraded, reverting to a simpler plan isn't an option. - Adding a staff member is excessively pricey. Currently, I'm a solo user, but expanding would mean seeking alternatives. - Its American-centric nature sometimes complicates things, with confusing acronyms and terminology. - It'd be convenient if the app kept me logged in consistently; occasionally, I miss notifications until I receive an email. - Some features are unnecessarily complex; simplicity would be preferable. Overcomplication is easy to fall into, so a more minimalist approach would enhance the experience.

Pros

Zoom integration! Appointment management is simple and intuitive. We can invoice clients easily without a troublesome billing system. Incredible communication tools are built into the system. Notifications and reminders are also very helpful.

Cons

Great solution for small bussiness

Pros

Appointments are easy and simple to schedule. I like being able to personalize the schedule page to make it look more professional and differentiate the available services. The concept of a customer portal appeals to me. Clients can use the portal to make payments, book appointments, and send documents.

Cons

The billing system lacks the robustness found in other platforms, particularly for sending out monthly retainer bills.
