Pros
vCita enabled us to shift from a traditional, old-school law office model to a virtual practice. My clients LOVE the ability to send documents, message us, make payments, and schedule appointments. The dashboard is simple and readable, making my life much easier.
Cons
Providing more payment processor options beyond just Square and one other would be beneficial. Compatibility with a wider range of credit card processors' software is desirable.

What I value most about vcita is that it's a one-stop shop where I have all the information I need about a client. By automating appointments and reminders, easily generating professional-looking invoices and receipts, and providing a welcoming and professional portal for prospective clients, vcita lets me focus on the essential work that can't be automated.
Cons
Initially, there were integration issues with Gmail Calendar, and the ability to select multiple currencies would be a welcomed addition.

“A Really Great Tool
Pros
I love the people like who understand that I'm archaic and need help with technology. I also love that I can follow the day's activities just by turning on my computer. Vita lets me do almost everything I need, except clean the office.
Cons

“The perfect solution for Service Professionals and small businesses
Pros
vCita offers a lot for small businesses and service providers. It's excellent for booking, communication, and client management. It works exceptionally well in industries where email is not the norm, like lawn care, salons, medical offices (with HIPAA compliance), and axe-throwing bars (reservations and waivers).
Cons
This solution would be ideal for solo entrepreneurs if it could establish itself as a legitimate email-enabled system. It caters to the needs of small businesses and consultants, but getting clients to use the client portal after initial email contact can be challenging.
