The reporting is great. Very clear and simple. You always know what patient youre working on. Appointment scheduling is also simple especially if you have to reschedule an appointment.
Cons
It would be helpful if some items in the build could be customized by users.

Pros
Depending on the features that are activated, it is be a robust EMR system. It can handle workflows of many types, including outpatient visits, procedures, and hospital workflows.
Cons
The screen is way too busy with buttons, tabs, active links and data all over the place

Pros
It has a ton of click through functionality, it is easy to understand. I can request refills or review prescriptions. Its the documents I SHOULD be hanging on to, but all organized for me.

Pros
Most prominent feature of this software is their automation tool for routine tasks Its cloud based system makes it very easy to access for patients.
Cons
Automated billing feature is a bit slow. Works really well if the speed issue is resolved.

The system is user friendly and the customer support is excellent.
Cons
Whenever there are system crashes and we report the issue to PV. there doesn't seem to be a specific timeframe for the resolution. It is typically a waiting game but there haven't been any excessively long delays recently.

It is effortless, efficient and user friendly. I can easily connect with a live representative over the phone.
Cons
Unfortunately there is not a way to mark no shows or cancel appointments directly from the log sheet screen.
