This is the best software to compliment your imaging center. From scheduling a patient to preparing reports for volume and keeping track of referrals. It does it all.
Cons
We really havent any negative feedback from staff.

User friendly platform for all strata of people (Lab tech to Scientists). I like the report formats, timely Reply on escalations , quick message facilities, Ease of use, Simple to train new employees.

Pros
Most of the reports generated are very helpful in analyzing data. Great responsive team, able to customize multiple aspects. Fairly intuitive and fast workflow!
Cons
No issues with features but there are some stability issues.

Color codes for workflow steps have been proven to be beneficial in navigation and record keeping. Appointment scheduling is very easy. Highly recommended.
Cons
Minor problems in doctors portal can be sorted out. Overall the experience was great!
