VSee provides a reliable and secure platform for our team to communicate and share such information without any concerns of interception. If you are in the IT industry this should be your confidential encrypted channel. Look no further.
Cons
With this level of encryptio, delays should be expected. Don't anticipate instant message delivery when using this software. There is typically a few seconds of delay. Also keep in mind that this is a no frills communication tool. Don't expect fancy features or extras.

Pros
I was very surprised by how quickly I was able to connect with my doctor and her team. The chat function was instrumental in getting us set up and during the call, we could see each other and share screens. Being able to show her my MRI was incredibly helpful as it would have been challenging to discuss without visuals. There were no delays or glitches, and the call quality was excellent. Setting it up and using it was so easy.
Cons
It was not perfectly intuitive. I had to guide my doctor on how to use the screenshare feature which was a guess on my part since it was my first time using it.

This telecommunication program is fantastic. It adheres to HIPAA regulations, it is dependable and even allows file sharing.
Cons
Occasionally the sound would cut out during a teleconference call. It happened rarely maybe once every 20 calls and the sound would return quickly. Other than that, I do not have any other negative feedback about this program.

I have heard great things about VSee being HIPAA compliant which makes it an excellent choice for healthcare professionals. I also love the fact that it can be accessed through a laptop or a mobile app ensuring accessibility.
Cons
I have heard conflicting information about whether the free version is HIPAA compliant. Additionally the software occasionally freezes.

Pros
We have been using this program for a few years now to provide mental health services to clients residing in remote areas. It has been user friendly for both our clients and clinicians. We have also noticed that it consumes less bandwidth compared to other programs we've used for this purpose.
Cons
The only con I can think of is not really a con. Sometimes our clients struggle to determine which VSEE app to download on their mobile device because there is more than one.

Pros
VSee is a valuable video software for anyone in the medical or mental health field. Personally it has been instrumental for me to meet with clients when in person sessions are not possible and I like its HIPAA compliance.
Cons
The picture quality tends to be rough and frequently shorts out regardless of the connection quality. Additionally there is not an option to disable the green audio cues that appear during a call. While they are helpful they can also be distracting.

Pros
VSee instinctiveness and user friendliness along with their friendly customer service make it effortless to get started with minimal effort. I have found it highly effective and stable for conducting distance sessions with clients and holding meetings with friends and colleagues from around the world. It has proven its worth in group conferences between myself in Virginia (US) and others in Canada, Holland and Italy. VSee is also much more cost effective compared to competitors like Zoom. As a therapist in private practice, I needed a secure and HIPAA compliant system and VSee provides that level of security along with a BAA, all at a lower monthly cost compared to Zoom which offers similar requirements but at a higher price per month.
Cons
So far I haven't encountered any issues within the software
