“Fantastic product”
Pros
I used this software in the medical field during and after the pandemic. It was the most simplest product I came across and the providers were extremely happy with it.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing bad to say. It is the best telemedicine product I have come across, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

“Reliable for virtual doctor appointments”
Pros
I like the fact that I can consult with my doctor without having to visit their office and have the appointment from the comfort of my home. It is like a house call.
Cons
I must admit it was a bit confusing to figure out how to use it for the first time as well as downloading the software.

“Offers a fresh way to connect with clients”
Pros
It is intuitive. Also it is easy to use and incredibly simple to get started with. Clients can effortlessly connect and sessions can begin without any issues. The additional features like survey sending, reminders and forms make it a must-have for any clinician!
Cons
It would be great if they brought back the option for clinicians to have a limited scale free trial. It was helpful for therapists who only have a few clients.

“Former regular user's perspective”
Pros
What impressed me the most about VSee is how secure it is from a client's perspective. Some of my physicians used Zoom but it needed the necessary security features. Zoom has had a reputation for being easily hacked so I felt more at ease using VSee as a client/patient.
Cons
There were instances when I experienced glitches like volume issues or problems connecting to the video.

“Nothing special, but functional”
Pros
VSee lives up to its promises. I was able to connect and interact with my healthcare provider without encountering any noticeable glitches. The chat feature can come in handy and setting up video and audio was relatively painless.
Cons
VSee doesn't have any outstanding features. The interface may not be visually appealing but it is relatively easy to use. However I find it unnecessary to install the desktop app I would prefer a web based interface.

“Concerns about business practices”
Pros
The response to get your money and start the subscription is very quick.
Cons
It is quite difficult to reach their support team once you have paid for the subscription. They are not clear about the exact contents of the fee. Later on they may ask for additional money, claiming it is for an advanced feature even though you have already paid for the Enterprise edition.

“Mid level performance”
Pros
I can use the desktop app and it is free with no hidden costs involved.
Cons
I cannot entirely rely on the desktop app. I only receive notifications on the web app and then I have to switch to the desktop app. If I share my screen I need to disconnect to view the camera which disrupts the connection. It seems a bit buggy.

“Secure and confidential telehealth solution”
Pros
I love the secure one on one messaging feature and the ability to see if my doctor is online and vice versa.
Cons
The quality is decent but there can be occasional lags, which of course depend on your internet service and speed. It is not the best video conferencing software I have used but it is also not the worst.

“Simply the best....”
Pros
Knowing that reputable organizations like NASA use this software and that it is HIPAA compliant provides, me as a provider with a sense of ease. It's easy to install and my clients find it very useful.
Cons
I really cannot complain. VSEE provides a waiting room, patient registration also a mobile app. what more could you ask for? The video quality is fantastic!

“Mixed experience”
Pros
Integrating VSee was relatively very simple initially. When I encountered difficulties with the program I reached out for assistance and the representatives responded kindly.
Cons
During most meetings I noticed audio lag and video lag sometimes resulting in pixelated images. Additionally the VSee login page would occasionally be down during business hours. I could not rely on VSee to work smoothly on any given day. On a personal note I have never felt the need to write a negative review for any product before. However I received three emails from VSee requesting a review and with each request, I felt compelled to share the truth about my experience in the hope of helping other clinicians who might face similar issues.

Pros

“Great experience”
Pros
One of the standout features is its HIPAA protection. It is a versatile platform that is really easy to to use.
Cons
When a client loses internet connection or receives a text or phone call on their phone they appear multiple times in the waiting room. This frustrates other waiting clients who see a long queue. It would be great if this could be streamlined.

“Solid telehealth option during the pandemic”
Pros
This allowed me to continue my practice during the pandemic. At first it was a bit confusing to set up but since then it has been working well with minimal problems. I also like the privacy it offers and the customer support is supportive.
Cons
It seems to be expensive than most of the options. In the start I used the free software from VSee but it crashed when it experienced high usage. I upgraded to the paid version and have stuck with it, although I find it rather expensive.
