Pros
It is good software, but I cannot say that it is better than the rest out there. It is however user friendly.
Cons
It does not increase the work efficiency as it takes forever to carry out daily tasks such as daily billing or writing up an evaluation. Would not recommend it mainly due to wastage of time.

“A good pick for physical therapists.
Pros
I really like this software because of its ease of use and its ability to be integrated with other EMR platforms. With this, it has become very simple to do scheduling and navigating patient charts. The fact that it is integrative with Therabill is an added bonus. At this price, this is one of the best software for physical therapy that has made the execution of remote work easier.
Cons
Sometimes the server crashes and stops responding due to which data is lost. But since it does not happen so frequently, it is not a huge problem.

Pros
We love how user friendly it is for everyone in our team like our front desk staff, physical therapists and billing/management department.
Cons
Our only complaint is that sometimes the copays from patients do not transfer to our billing system Kareo.

As this product is specifically made for Physical Therapy, They have a great setup and really easy to use. I can easily store the information and another benefit that it contains is that I dont have to do paperwork anymore

There is some problem in searching several things from the drop-down menu and the server also goes down sometimes.

“WebPT destroyed a portion of my patient's medical documents
Pros
WebPT helps me complete my daily notes more quickly and integrates well with my billing company which allows for daily billing.
Cons
WebPT has its issues. If I call to report a simple problem, they usually address it but more complex issues often go unresolved. I reported some problems a couple of years ago that still persist and they have not been fixed. Recently, they have had issues with documenting cancellations and no shows which they were not even aware of. After informing them, they said it would be referred to their Tier Two team but its been over a month with no resolution and the issue is eventually ignored. As a result, I lost a portion of a patients chart that cannot be reviewed or recovered. Their faxing capabilities only handle small amounts of information and since patient charts can be quite large, I have to find alternative ways to provide documentation like burning it to a disc. Initial evaluations take hours to enter which is inefficient. Sometimes, I wait on the phone for 30 minutes or more for a response. I have more complaints but do not have the space or time to list them all.

Pros
The templates enable easy access to information. Records are readily acquired by new consumers as well as insurance companies to approve authorization. We have been able to transfer our previous data onto notes which allows us to retain our previous formatting.
Cons
It costs to integrate aspects individually. The calendar view is not available meaning it is difficult to access information on a patient if their name has been misspelled.

Pros
The templates are very clear and finding information is easy. The records are simple enough for a layperson to understand, yet detailed enough for insurance companies to provide authorization. Even when a substitute from an agency needs to step in they can easily input information into the notes and maintain our usual format thanks to WebPT.
Cons
I do not like that it costs extra to integrate each component separately. We currently have an account that we cannot use for billing. Additionally, I cannot view the calendar, so if a patients name is misspelled, its hard to access their account.

“We had no time wasted for training!
Pros
We had to start using this service immediately because of a provider and lost no time thankfully because it is so easy to use that no training was required. While we only use it to retrieve information which is always a smooth experience, our provider told us that inputting information is just as easy!
Cons
There is only one small complaint that you have to type out the patients full name exactly how the provider added it to the system or it wont show up!

Cons

I find this software pretty easy to use. Its very user-friendly and serves as a great resource for students.
Cons
I have not used this software with the organization I mentioned but I have used it elsewhere. Since I did not use it to its full capacity, I cannot really comment on any dislikes because I did not face any problems.

Pros
As a physical therapy tech, I used this software to keep patient notes and track their progress. One of the best features of WebPT is its web-based nature which allows access from anywhere. It also helped my facility save money by using Chromebooks instead of having to buy full PCs.
Cons
The visual interface is quite basic and the design has not been updated in a long time. Although this is a minor problem, I did like to have a more modern and cleaner look. However, this is just a matter of personal preference and some might prefer the simple layout.

There are many ways to track referrals and its great for managing scheduling and administrative tasks.
Cons
Documentation takes a lot of time, which is a problem for busier practices. Other software seems to be much faster. There is a lot of maintenance and errors have persisted for several months. More than one user cannot access a patient file simultaneously such as the front desk and a therapist. Sometimes, it does not save your documentation.

WebPT worked flawlessly for our outpatient office which provides an easy method for scheduling and maintaining patient charts.
Cons
There were really no downsides to this software. Occasionally, the system was down but it usually came back online fairly quickly.

Pros
I can leave the system on Friday and come back on Monday, but unfortunately the same problems still exist when I return so nothing good.
Cons
We have had ongoing issues with MIPS as we have not been able to finalize evaluations and progress notes for two weeks now. The system randomly adds irrelevant outcomes like a vestibular outcome for a patient with no vestibular issues, cannot calculate the functional score and this holds up our ability to complete notes and bill for the service.
