Pros
The staff are highly knowledgeable and provide informative support.
Cons
The fact that Therabill and WebPT are separate services and both acquire charges is annoying. The both must be separated and it will eventually lower the cost

Pros
It seamlessly integrates documentation and billing, eliminating any extra work. The automatic reminders, communication and home exercise program enhance patient interaction.
Cons
It might be too comprehensive with numerous additional features. Personalizing templates is not intuitive.

Pros
Scheduling patients is the simplest with webpt and learning and using the documentation on the therapists end has been simple.
Cons
The waitlist works only about half the time. It would be helpful to have bolder lines between the days on the schedule. Additionally having an option based on medical necessity under visit/insurance information would be beneficial. Having a dog ear on patients' appointments where we can track notes, such as requests for a female therapist or dry needling, would be convenient. Lastly, being able to schedule only one appointment at a time would be an improvement.

Pros
It is great to use for scheduling appointments, making changes and cancellations.
Cons
Its difficult to figure out when you accidentally delete an appointment and don't know who it was for or where it was on the calendar. If you mistakenly delete the wrong appointment you won't know who it was for if you're already working on something else as the message at the top disappears.

“Decent EMR for PT's
Pros
I have used this EMR system for over a year at the outpatient clinic where I work. Compared to other EMR systems, it feels very easy and user friendly. Documenting is more manageable and does not seem as tedious.
Cons
Using WebPT definitely comes with a learning curve. While it is user friendly, there are small details that take time to get used to and I have needed to contact support to get the hang of it.

Cons
Customer support has worsened over the years. Now communication is only through email, with no option to speak directly to someone.

Pros
Note writing is very efficient and organized. You can keep track of insurance and use the notes to manage patient files.
Cons
It does not allow us to delete notes once you have uploaded them. There has to be an undo button.

The dashboard is very intuitive and user-friendly. It is very simple and easy to use. Even Fo the first-timers, you will not find it difficult to operate. It is as simple as it can be.
Cons
The possibilities are endless with WebPT EMR. However, companies that are not so familiar with the concept of electronic charting might not utilize all the functions.

We love the ease of access and patient records management that WebPT offers. We are considering buying their billing module as well very soon.

“WebPT is good BUT expensive!
Pros
Its easy to understand. I can create evaluation and treatment templates to avoid repetitive writing and I can carry over notes from previous times.
Cons
The system is expensive and requires multiple tabs to be open for the same patient because the SOAP note and the exercise flowsheet are not on the same page. It took 15 to 20 minutes to complete a note due to toggling between tabs. While it offers many features for exercises and CRM, all extra features are available a la carte. The cost for a solo practitioner and then for adding users is too high. It would be better to charge based on the number of visits per month rather than the number of users. The integration between EMR and billing isn't as seamless as it should be.

“Great cloud-based documentation system, but there are some bugs.
Pros
WebPT was simple to learn and made documenting patient care easier. The scheduling feature is helpful and being able to access a patients chart directly through the schedule is great.
Cons
The schedule needs a tracking feature to show the date and time of appointments, check-ins, etc. and a rescheduling option instead of just cancel or delete. Additionally, there is a field for entering a "Return to Dr." date for when the patient returns to see their referring provider but this field randomly resets and does not keep the date in place. I have contacted customer service multiple times about this issue and their suggestions have not been helpful or resolved the problem.

“Great PT Reminder
Pros
I love this program! After tearing ligaments in my ankle, it reminded me to do my exercises, walked me through each one with videos and even had a timer for each exercise.
Cons
When I made a mistake logging my completed exercises, I could not find a way to go back and correct the error so it looked like I completed them twice.

“Poor Customer Service, Very overpriced compared to other options
Pros
The software is well designed for physical therapy which is really helpful. However, while the software itself is good but I find the customer service lacking.
Cons
During our transition from WebPT to a different provider, their support was very unhelpful. They even withheld our record export, did not return phone calls or emails and were dismissive and elusive about what we needed to do for a smooth transition. I understand that no one likes to lose customers but I expected a more professional approach.

Pros
Navigating from screen to screen in the software is very simple. Everything I need is neatly organized for each patient. Whenever I encounter an issue, the support team is always eager to help and is consistently patient and kind.
Cons

Pros
I have not used other platforms, so I cannot compare but I find this one to be very user friendly.
Cons
One of my biggest frustrations is the inability to delete patients from the system. This happens when a patient books an appointment but never shows up or calls back. I did like to remove them but thats not possible. The same issue applies to other records such as insurances, lawyers, doctors etc.
