“WebPT from Medical Biller Perspective
Pros
WebPT is very good for physical therapy providers as it offers useful features like tracking the Medicare PT Cap for the year and enabling notes to be forwarded for co-signature.
Cons
WebPT can be glitchy for providers who have had their login for several years. I have experienced issues where WebPT changes procedure codes, adds diagnosis codes that were not selected or fails to save notes properly. In my multispecialty groups, it does not work as well for providers who are not physical therapists.
