Pros
Running our used car lot with this software has been really convenient. We rely on it every day to keep up with inventory and send finance deals to outside lenders. The documents it provides are also very useful for our business. It was also very quick and simple to learn.
Cons
There really is nothing I dislike about the software.

Pros
If you're new in the business this is the most simple software and good value for your money! These days financing is everything. You really need a proper way to submit deals because the old fashioned approach of sending customers to the bank on their own just doesn't cut it anymore.
Cons
Getting set up took too long and the customer service definitely needs to improve.

Everything is point and click so it's very easy to use. Pretty much anyone can become proficient with it from the first day.
Cons
Every now and then there's a random glitch where a trade in shows up as sold to the customer who purchased it.

Pros
Using it has been very easy and the customer service team has been excellent. The drop down menus work really well and the search tools are very useful too.
Cons
It can be a bit glitchy at times and will sometimes close unexpectedly without saving your work. Also when you copy an app it does not always bring all of the information over.

Pros
Once I got past the initial difficulty, the platform became pretty easy to use! The biggest benefit has been how much it helps us organize company processes that used to take far more time than they do now.
Cons
A few features could still use improvement espeically the placement of shortcut menus while working inside workflows. It would also help to have the ability to edit tickets after they've been booked and make changes when needed.

Whenever I've been connected with a truly well informed support specialist the experience has been really positive. They take the time to troubleshoot properly and make sure the problem is actually resolved.
Cons
That said when customer support lacks the right knowledge or isn't willing to really listen and spend the time it can leave a pretty bad impression.

Pros
Being able to pull payoff information from different financial institutions is a huge help. It saves an incredible amount of time.
Cons
It would be even better if more banks were connected to the platform. Having that kind of access online means you do not have to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes.

Getting credit applications from clients digitally is much more convenient than taking all the information over the phone.
Cons
One issue is that the credit application form lets clients skip important details that are required for a bank credit decision so we still end up having to call them to fill in the missing information. At that point it almost feels like we could have handled the entire application over the phone instead. Another problem is the limit on how many users can access the program which makes it difficult to pull information late at night once the staff has already left for the day.

Right away the interface feels polished and very user friendly. I really enjoy using it and honestly hope the company sticks with this software instead of changing to something else.
Cons
There's not much for me to complain about with this software. It does feel a little slow sometimes although that could just as easily be caused by our internet connection.

Does a really good job of keeping hundreds of customers organized so it's quick to pull up the information you need. It also helps employees on different schedules stay updated on each customer's progress which keeps everyone informed and working with the right details. Other than that it stores customer records, loan information and lender details all in one place.
Cons
There's not much I dislike about the software. I'm aware it can do a lot more than I even use it for. If I had to mention one downside it would be the frequent password changes. When you're using multiple programs and systems, having to update passwords so often gets a little annoying even if it's only an extra 30 seconds.

Pros
Very easy to use and having information available anytime right at my fingertips has been a huge plus! I also really appreciated being able to communicate directly with lenders through the site. The option to save and store deals is very useful and having all the compliance materials readily available in one place makes the platform even better.
Cons
Switching from one deal to another can be a bit tricky if the information has not been saved first but aside from that I am very satisfied with the product.

Covers a wide range of needs from monitoring employee activity to making daily processes more efficient and it has been an incredibly valuable tool for us.
Cons
Since the software has become connected with so many other systems some of our long time employees ended up with multiple profiles because of it. It would really help if there were an automated way to merge those systems and profiles to create a better user experience as the platform continues to grow.

Nothing about this update worked in its favor. The only thing it really accomplished was pushing me to start looking into RouteOne instead.
Cons
At this point there is nothing about it that I like. I really do not understand why they would change something that was not broken and was already user friendly. It makes no sense to me so I will be exploring other options.

Easy to use software and that ends up making my work a lot easier. Their customer service team is also very helpful whenever I need assistance.
Cons
A few times my leads have gotten "stuck" and I've had to call support to get the issue resolved. It doesn't happen very often though.
