convenient credit apps and integration

Pros

The best part of using this software has been the convenient credit applications along with the way it integrates customer information. Those two features really stand out and make the system useful!

Cons

Getting to the different portals in the software was the part I liked least. It can be pretty confusing at times and leave you feeling a bit lost. Even after learning your way around it there is still a sense that you are trying to figure things out.

organized all in one workflow

Pros

Having sales, financing and service in one system keeps everything well organized and makes daily work a lot more convenient.

Cons

A major issue with this DMS is how often it crashes. There are times when it stays down for days at a stretch.

simple setup and quick transition

Pros

top tier dealership platform!

Pros

From our side this is pretty much the best option available in the industry. Considering how complex this kind of system needs to be, it handles integrations and information management really well and that saves us a ton of time on the back end.

Cons

Getting around it can be confusing and it is not very accessible at first. There is definitely a learning curve and every system works a little differently but when it comes to the range of options it offers, I still think it is the best in the business.

dealer wide visibility that delivers

Pros

Moving from no DMS at all to this software was a big change for us and we rolled it out alongside several other Cox dealer tools at the same time. That setup has worked really well. It does an excellent job connecting different parts of the dealership including Service, Sales, follow up and Business Office operations. The feature I use most is the ability to go back through older deals and quickly see when we sold to a customer which vehicle they bought and the amount of the sale.

Cons

If I had to point to one downside with this software it would be that updates do not seem to come very often. From what I have seen the user interface has looked basically the same for the last 10 years.

Pros

Using the finance companies we already work with, the platform makes online pre approvals simple for customers and helps generate more leads for us.

Cons

We've been with this software from the start and honestly we don't have any complaints.

Many good features

Pros

Being able to use this product in every department at our dealership is a big plus. It works well for service and repair, parts inventory management, vehicle inventory and even Buy Here Pay Here customer management.

Cons

The process of stocking parts in and creating invoices at the same time could be made easier.

Quick workflow

Pros

Everything feels easy to use and the forms are fast to complete without slowing me down.

Cons

The part that gives me the most trouble in the platform is finding the latest versions of specific bank forms that need to be submitted with the contracts.

time saving

Pros

When speed matter this makes it fast to pull the information we need to print for the DMV!

Cons

Because of the new PA DMV identity policy for PennDOT here in Pennsylvania, this has to be printed with every deal submitted to the state. That means added cost and extra time are now mandatory for car dealerships.

feels outdated and awful

Pros

Honestly there is nothing here I can say I enjoyed. The whole experience was absolutely awful like going from playing on a PS5 to suddenly being stuck on an Atari.

Cons

Pretty much everything this offers can be handled in other systems much more efficiently.

All in one tool

Pros

Being able to pull my credit report and submit a credit application all in one place is really convenient. It also helps a lot to have multiple lender options available on the same site.

Cons

The only downside is that entering taxes and additional fees can be a little confusing if you haven't been trained on how to do it properly.

User friendly

Pros

Everything feels very user friendly. The 360 Help button is especially useful and the range of reports and options is honestly hard to beat.

Cons

Payroll in the sofware was never something I really enjoyed so switching to Netchex has been a huge improvement and I'm much happier with it.

clean navigation throughout

Pros

Getting around the system feels really simple which has been wonderful when using it.

Cons

While it is generally easy to use, the chat section can be hard to locate when I need it. If I want to go back and reference something from an earlier conversation, tracking down those terms again takes a bit of effort.

Handling uploaded deals and stips is really easy and the system is very easy to use for that kind of work.

Pros

Using it has been very easy. The layout stays organized, inventory is simple to view at a glance and it sends data to multiple websites with very few issues while staying dependable.

Cons

Interface feels a bit dated and could use a more modern refresh. Searching inventory could also be made more convenient.

Pros

Creating client tickets is easy and adding parts to each ticket works really well. It also offers a lot of customization which makes it adaptable to different workflows.

Cons

That said the process feels a bit too bulky when you just need to handle simple retail sales quickly.

time-saving shortcut keys

Pros

One of the biggest time savers was having shortcut key options for creating a deal or adding a new line to a work order. That was especially helpful when putting together multiple sales for the same fleet customer or handling several PDI work orders.

Cons

The accounting integration still needed work particularly when it came to accessory sales and gross profit tracking. We had to enter accessories separately and manually figure out the gross profit for both the sale and the installation.
