Pros
The best part of using this software has been the convenient credit applications along with the way it integrates customer information. Those two features really stand out and make the system useful!
Cons
Getting to the different portals in the software was the part I liked least. It can be pretty confusing at times and leave you feeling a bit lost. Even after learning your way around it there is still a sense that you are trying to figure things out.

Cons
A major issue with this DMS is how often it crashes. There are times when it stays down for days at a stretch.

Pros
From our side this is pretty much the best option available in the industry. Considering how complex this kind of system needs to be, it handles integrations and information management really well and that saves us a ton of time on the back end.
Cons
Getting around it can be confusing and it is not very accessible at first. There is definitely a learning curve and every system works a little differently but when it comes to the range of options it offers, I still think it is the best in the business.

Pros
Moving from no DMS at all to this software was a big change for us and we rolled it out alongside several other Cox dealer tools at the same time. That setup has worked really well. It does an excellent job connecting different parts of the dealership including Service, Sales, follow up and Business Office operations. The feature I use most is the ability to go back through older deals and quickly see when we sold to a customer which vehicle they bought and the amount of the sale.
Cons
If I had to point to one downside with this software it would be that updates do not seem to come very often. From what I have seen the user interface has looked basically the same for the last 10 years.

Being able to use this product in every department at our dealership is a big plus. It works well for service and repair, parts inventory management, vehicle inventory and even Buy Here Pay Here customer management.
Cons
The process of stocking parts in and creating invoices at the same time could be made easier.

Cons
Because of the new PA DMV identity policy for PennDOT here in Pennsylvania, this has to be printed with every deal submitted to the state. That means added cost and extra time are now mandatory for car dealerships.

Honestly there is nothing here I can say I enjoyed. The whole experience was absolutely awful like going from playing on a PS5 to suddenly being stuck on an Atari.

Being able to pull my credit report and submit a credit application all in one place is really convenient. It also helps a lot to have multiple lender options available on the same site.
Cons
The only downside is that entering taxes and additional fees can be a little confusing if you haven't been trained on how to do it properly.

Everything feels very user friendly. The 360 Help button is especially useful and the range of reports and options is honestly hard to beat.
Cons
Payroll in the sofware was never something I really enjoyed so switching to Netchex has been a huge improvement and I'm much happier with it.

One of the biggest time savers was having shortcut key options for creating a deal or adding a new line to a work order. That was especially helpful when putting together multiple sales for the same fleet customer or handling several PDI work orders.
Cons
The accounting integration still needed work particularly when it came to accessory sales and gross profit tracking. We had to enter accessories separately and manually figure out the gross profit for both the sale and the installation.
