I was first introduced to the team behind this software back in December 2016 while helping a fellow dealer obtain an ELT number for Arizona. Even though they were facing some staffing challenges at the time the level of support I received was phenomenal! The team worked through every obstacle and resource shortage to get the job done. Three months later when I obtained my own dealer license I remembered how professional they were and decided to implement my ELT number with them. I definitely made the right choice! They completed the entire process from start to finish in record time. Time is money and their speed and efficiency directly contributed to our dealership's bottom line profitability. This is truly best in class industry service!

It's easy to use and getting new staff trained on it doesn't take much time at all.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the workspace size on the screen, I wish it were larger and stretched across the full width of the monitor.

This system is a joke! It feels like it was programmed by someone who has never actually worked in a service department. We switched from ADP/CDK which was far more user friendly and fully capable of handling daily service operations. To make matters worse the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are completely unable to provide immediate answers or fix live issues when you need them most. Let this company get through their growing pains before you even think about signing up.

We've been using this software for about two years now and overall it has been a positive experience. The software is highly reliable with minimal technical issues and virtually no downtime. Once you get past the starting difficulty it runs smoothly and handles daily operations consistently.
Cons
Only real drawback is that the interface takes some getting used to. The layouts can feel difficult to figure out initially and there are often different ways to complete basically the same task which can be confusing for new users during setup and training.

I have partnered with this software twice throughout my automotive career and the transition from other DMS platforms has always been smooth. The cost savings are highly attractive and the overall functions of the software is excellent. While the training and customer support currently leave room for improvement I am confident that it will refine this area over time. They are a phenomenal organization to work with!

We use this platform to structure both new and used vehicle deals. While it takes some time to get used to, once you get the hang of it recalculating and adjusting deal scenarios is incredibly fast. It is especially effective for structuring leases!

Offers very little real world value for the premium price they charge. The customer support is completely unresponsive and the onboarding training is practically non existent. You are essentially left to figure everything out on your own and you would likely get better results doing so.
