Pros
Every day at work this helps me manage internet sales much better. I can keep track of customers and handle my leads without much trouble.
Cons
There are times when it gets very slow. Sometimes it will not let me log in at all and some of the function commands can be confusing.

“made things simple for me”
Pros
Being able to log in from anywhere to underwrite deals was a big plus. It also made it simple to pull reports and add new dealers.
Cons
Something I didn't enjoy was when a dealer wouldn't "line up." Most of the time everything matched up perfectly but every now and then it took longer than it should have.

“Keeps improving”
Pros
Built around the automotive industry from every angle this product really fits the way we work. It also keeps improving all the time and you can tell they're continuing to make it better.
Cons
There are still some software glitches tied to the newer features they've been adding. The frustrating part is having to work through IT support in India when those issues come up.

“strong fit”
Pros
One thing that really helps is how simple it is to locate new lenders for sub prime financing once you get used to it. It also works really well with Wayne Reaves which makes the setup more useful for our process. Sending customer information to finance companies through the application process feels smooth and it's also convenient to submit applications to multiple lenders without extra trouble.
Cons
There is some difficulty at the beginning. It would also be helpful if the website included a walkthrough for new users so they could get familiar with the platform faster. Other than those two things I really haven't noticed anything else.

“antiquated interface and weak support”
Pros
It's widely used across the auto industry and being under the same parent company as several other important automotive software products makes it fit into that space well.
Cons
The interface feels very outdated and it doesn't seem like there's any real plan to modernize it. Setting up printers is unbelievably complicated like trying to crack a secret code. Customer support is also awful. Also it really seems built for OEMs rather than independent dealers.

Pros
Getting around the program is very easy and it's simple to use overall. If you don't remember the codes there's a dropdown that helps you out which is really convenient. The support team is also extremely helpful!
Cons
We honestly don't have any complaints about the software. It's an excellent program.

“all lenders in one place”
Pros
Having everything connected to top software and giving you access to all available lenders is a huge plus. The standardized forms are already built in so there's no need to start from scratch or recreate the same documents over and over.
Cons
The cost is really the tradeoff here but that's just how it goes. You usually only get to choose two: good, fast or cheap. If it's good and fast it won't be cheap. If it's fast and cheap it won't be good. And if it's cheap and good it won't be fast. You have to decide which two matter most.

Pros
Using it has been very easy and it really makes my work easier. The customer service team has also been excellent and very helpful whenever needed. I would definitely recommend it!
Cons
One thing I would really like to see improved is the ability to automatically upload more than one picture in Inventory Plus, aside from stock photos. I was told that this currently is not possible.

It helps me get through most of my daily work without much trouble.
Cons
The interface really isn't that good and has a lot of room for improvement. Some settings should be automated instead of needing manual input. In the forms area, the scrolling behaves oddly and the whole thing feels pretty outdated and old school.

Getting employees comfortable with it doesn't take much time and the interface looks polished and visually appealing. Its integrations with other tools (especially the DMS) are outstanding and better than anything else I've seen!
Cons
Still the platform feels pretty limited. You end up paying extra for nearly everything and its built in capabilities don't go very far on their own. It's also very expensive and no captive has partnered with them to help offset those costs.

“fast approvals every time”
Pros
Back before we used this software, sending credit applications to banks was a slow, repetitive task that often made customers anxious. The biggest problem was how long it could take to get a decision back. Once we started using this though approvals came through quickly and the whole process became much more efficient.
Cons
I really have nothing negative to mention. While I was using it I don't remember running into any problems or needing to contact them for training or technical support. That says a lot about how easy the software is to use.

Covers just about every need in the industry with a tool for nearly everything. It's very simple to use and they keep improving the platform by adding features that actually bring value.
Cons
Pricing would make more sense if it were adjusted based on the size of the dealership and how much of the product is being used. That said I don't want to downplay its value because I haven't come across a better tool in the automotive industry.

Being able to check multiple finance companies with a single click has been really helpful. It also tells you which extra documents are required and the information upload process is fast.
Cons
An issue I ran into was that other F&I users could see both qualified and minimally qualified candidates. That ended up creating problems with cherry picking.

Right away the modern layout feels user friendly and easy to figure out. The functions are solid, the integrations work well and it doesn't take long to learn. Being web based is also a big advantage and definitely the most desirable setup for this kind of software.
Cons
One downside is that the software and its full suite usually come at a pretty high price. When you bundle the DMS, marketing and credit software together the cost ends up being higher than what many independent providers charge.

Pros
Everything is easy to use and it does a thorough job of tracking both inventory and leads. It also lets you create as many quotes as needed without any trouble.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is making the fonts and colors darker since the screen can be difficult to read at times. Even with that it's still an excellent product.

At the Ford dealership where I worked as a Service Writer, this software was easy to use and simple to wok with throughout the day.
Cons
There was a system glitch that kept the codes from being read correctly. Later on we learned it just needed a software update and that resolved the issue.

Using it every day has helped me get comfortable with all the features and the interface feels very easy to work with. I need software that runs well and lets me stay productive and this does that for the most part.

It's a low cost alternative to the bigger names like ADP and Reynolds which can be appealing if budget is a priority.
Cons
