“Outdated design and is slightly difficult”
Pros
I worked with this sofware as a receptionist at a car dealership for about a year. After you learn where everything is and which numbers and details go in each section, it becomes a very easy system for dealership tasks. Once I got comfortable with it I could move quickly and pull the reports salespeople and managers needed without much delay.
Cons
The software feels pretty outdated visually. Other than that finding things on your own is extremely difficult. I had to spend a couple of days in training just to understand how to get around it and for the first few weeks after that I still relied on cheat sheets I made for myself or had to keep asking questions.

“works really well”
Pros
Using it has been easy and I really appreciate the different ways it lets us book jobs out and keep inventory saved and organized. It also works really well with DMS.
Cons
Only downside right now is that I still can't integrate it with our OEM product at least not yet.

“has been a solid tool”
Pros
After moving over from Dealercenter I've been using this softwar for the past couple of days and it's been a positive experience. The system is easy to figure out and simple to use.
Cons
I'm still very new to the system at this point but up to now everything seems to be working just fine.

“top notch sevice every time”
Pros
Working in IT, I help a lot of dealerships and just about all of them use this software. Their support team is outstanding and whenever something comes up, it usually gets taken care of with a single phone call.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about the tool. Honestly they're the best in this space!

“More affordable”
Pros
Cost is usually a big factor when choosing a DMS and this solution stands out as a more affordable option than CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds. Even though the platform is still FTP based overall some parts of the DMS can still be automated which helps. The navigation is fairly easy and not overly demanding. It also lets us set up auto run extractions to feed a CRM solution and getting reporting or file runs configured is generally pretty simple. Another plus is the built in integration with the service app X Time.
Cons
The reporting side is not as strong as what some other DMS providers offer. The X Time integration works but it can be inconsistent from time to time. There are also limits on how much historical data stays available in the DMS and once older data is archived, it is much harder to access. Another downside is that the system does not update automated reporting in real time. For example if reports are created today the system does not recognize them as automated until the nightly update runs. It also feels like very few people at a dealership have the admin level access needed to set up reports or review more advanced information.

“simple to learn”
Pros
Getting started with the software is pretty easy and it doesn't take much time to learn how to use it.
Cons
Having multiple tabs open at the same time is more of an inconvenience than it should be since you have to go through extra steps to make that happen.

“deal submission works really well”
Pros
Submitting and organizing deals is a really solid process and it also does a good job importing deals from other sources.
Cons
The CRM is pretty bad and feels way overpriced and the credit pulls are another downside too.

“powerful multitasking for dealerships”
Pros
It handles a lot at once and having multiple things going on at the same time is one of its biggest strengths.
Cons
After using the software for quite a while I've really come to appreciate it as a DMS.

“fast lender connections”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how it connects with my other DMS software so I can send applications to all of the lenders I work with without any trouble. Counteroffers come through right in the platform usually within minutes. It helps speed up the car buying process for both customers and the F&I team.
Cons
Getting started does take a little time because there is some initial dfficulty at the start. That said the staff is very supportive and does a good job helping you learn how to use the system effectively.

“solid for service and parts”
Pros
At our dealership both the parts team and the service department have been happy with the software. Putting together repair orders and parts tickets is pretty easy and doesn't take much effort. Support has also been reliable whenever we've needed help. The vehicle sales side though involves more steps than it really should even if it does eventually get the job done.
Cons
Because it's a cloud based system the data center has occasional outages. When that happens it affects our entire business since the software is tied into every part of our operation.

“missing email templates”
Pros
Working with a car dealership, this software was useful overall, even if it felt a bit different from the systems I was used to. It still seemed like fairly standard software for this type of work.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was the lack of standard email templates for reaching out to clients. Having those built in would have made the process much faster and more convenient.

“fast credit pulls and approvals”
Pros
Having everything in one place really helps when putting a deal together using customer information, pulling credit and sending it out quickly to the banks and credit unions we work with for approvals.
Cons
The downside is that not every bank or credit union is on this platform. You also need to already be established with a bank or credit union before you can route a deal through to them. It would be even more helpful if the system included more financial institutions on the platform to better support independent dealers.

“quick to learn and use”
Pros
Getting around this DMS is pretty easy once you've had a little training espeically with the online videos. It also includes appointment scheduling and our technicians were able to become comfortable with the system within just a couple of days.
Cons
The trainers who came to our dealership spent more time fixing things and handling setup for us than actually teaching the reasons behind the process or showing us how to do it ourselves.

“productive operations and modern tools”
Pros
They stay updated with technology and offer a really solid range of options. As a company it runs very efficiently and seems highly productive in the way they operate.
Cons
When it comes to their subsidiary communication between support representatives and the technical team often feels disconnected. The coding environment behind the scenes also seems outdated and even small issues can take far too long to fix. On top of that commitments are made pretty often but do not always get followed through.

“Helpful incentive tracking”
Pros
It's very user friendly for both our business office managers and the rest of the office staff. It's a really solid program that does a great job of helping us keep track of incentives.
Cons
The price runs a bit higher than some other options but we're okay paying extra for a product that works so well and is so simple to use.

“accurate inventory updates”
Pros
The software does a solid job of pulling VIN specific vehicle data for pevious years which helps keep our inventory accurate.
Cons
At the same time it does not always bring in VIN specific data for current or upcoming model year vehicles and that creates challenges at the start of the new year.

“affordable but needs maturity”
Pros
The biggest reason people choose it is the price. That said it can feel more difficult to use if you're already used to CDK.
Cons
It still doesn't offer enterprise level functions yet although I do think it will get there over time. The training also needs a lot of improvement.
