“simple to learn”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy. It's simple to use and one of the reasons it works so well for me is that it's a self taught product.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to point out. It's just a very simple product to use.

“bank syncing and deal tracking”
Pros
It connects nicely with our banks and following deals from beginning to end is very easy.
Cons
Don't have any complaints right now. The platform is simple to figure out and the team does a solid job of keeping us updated.

“helps small dealerships start”
Pros
This works well for very small dealerships that need a way to get up and running, offer financing and keep track of their customers in one place.
Cons
Support is extremely limited and that has been a big issue. There are no real APIs, almost no room for customization and the system runs very slowly. It is also hard to use, feels outdated and does not integrate with most other software.

“good fit for supported banks”
Pros
Product works well generally depending on the banks you use. We relied on it quite a bit in the past, stepped away from it for several years and have gradually started using it again. It's fairly easy to work with and customer service has been pretty decent.
Cons
The downside is that it only supports certain banks so your options are limited.

“Keeps my deals moving”
Pros
Working in F&I at a car dealership I rely on this for all of my credit applications and it's been very convenient to use. I can pull payoffs, check approvals and handle everything in between from one place which makes my daily process much more manageable.
Cons
From time to time the system goes down and getting it back can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. I also wish there were a way to move my credit applications directly into Lot Wizard instead of having to enter all the information again by hand.

“excel-ready reporting”
Pros
Creating reports and exporting them to Excel has been really useful for my workflow.
Cons
One frustrating part is having to join separate reports in Advanced Reporting just to get them to work together. Other than that the system has been crashing for me multiple times a week.

“Valuable tool”
Pros
The software offers a lot of functions for the price. We moved over from another one of the big three and once the team got comfortable with it nobody wanted to switch back.
Cons
If you're making this kind of rare change it's really worth using the opportunity to reset and clean up your accounting and internal processes. There's no benefit in carrying old habits into a new system espeically since most businesses do not replace a DMS very often. We unfortunately skipped some of that due diligence and the onboarding team mostly followed the direction we gave them which in hindsight was a mistake on our end. Because of that the first few months afterward were bumpier than I would have preferred.

“Accessible!”
Pros
Coming from years of using another software, switching to this DMS took some adjustment at first and definitely requied some time to ge used to. But with regular daily use it has started to feel more and more accessible. It also looks like they keep rolling out updates which has steadily improved the overall experience!
Cons
Something that would have helped is more advanced training for users who are already fairly comfortable with computers. There are quite a few useful shortcuts that make the system much easier to work with and we ended up figuring many of them out on our own. It would be a good idea to include that kind of deeper shortcut training in the program going forward.

“better value with modern features”
Pros
Switching over from Reynolds and Reynolds, this has been much simpler to use and it comes with more up to date features. It is also a lot more affordable.
Cons
At the same time it feels like a few features available in other parts of the software are missing here. Also their team will not even consider suggestions unless they reach at least 50 votes.

“organized interface”
Pros
Customer service isn't outstanding but it's still better than average. Since my company integrates with this software, I've had a chance to work with their support team and they've been excellent. The website is well organized and the interface is easy to figure out.
Cons
The only issue I've come across is that the website only works properly in Internet Explorer and can't be opened in Google Chrome unless you add an extension.

“all finances in one place”
Pros
Getting started was easy and the software is simple to use. It lets you connect all of your finance companies in one place which makes managing everything much more convenient.
Cons
I'd just like to see them keep expanding and add support for more banks over time.

“Proactive team”
Pros
There's a really wide range of options in this software for handling everyday operations. Their team stays very proactive with updates and communication and the system hardly ever runs into problems if at all.
Cons
From where I stand there really aren't many downsides because it gives you an efficient tool to get work done. The only problem you might face comes when someone is setting up user accounts and ends up giving a person either too much access or not enough. I'd recommend training HR or whoever is responsible for setup, to be very precise about each person's role in the company since that's more of a user setup issue than a flaw with the software itself.

“very user friendly with helpful references”
Pros
It is very user friendly and there's a lot of reference material available whenever I need it.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that with some reports you can't pull up two years together. You have to print each year separately.

“All in one platform”
Pros
Being able to send in credit applications for potential vehicle purchases and handle all the financing paperwork within the same software is the part I appreciate most.
Cons
At times the software crashes and when that happens you have to reach out to technical support which is the part I like least.

“useful concept, inconsistent performance”
Pros
At its best the system is genuinely helpful and the overall concept lines up with exactly what you would want from this kind of software. That said when I needed to pull service history from the past year I still couldn't get all the details I was looking for. I'm not sure whether that came down to the software itself or the way it was integrated on our side.
Cons
Mornings were frustrating because I kept running into login issues as soon as I got to work. The VIN scanner was also hit or miss and often wouldn't read on the first attempt so I had to keep scanning repeatedly before it finally worked. On top of that the mobile app was too slow to be useful. A lot of the time I ended up having to return to my desk to find the information I needed and by then the moment to make the most of that first customer interaction had already passed.
