As a cloud based system it works really well especially for manufacturing companies. The 2024 to 25 update also made the search fields much easier to use.

Cons

The finance side still doesn't cover many country-specific requirements such as the Mexican FISCO system or SAT.

Generate Suggestions runs quicker now, the screens look much better and being able to use it right in a browser is a really nice improvement.

The dashboards feel less efficient since they have to be in tab view which means less information is visible at once. Moving between fields with the Tab key also seems a bit slower.

One of the biggest strengths of this ERP is how versatile it is. Users can create custom fields, run database queries and show information through dashboards that can be tailored to specific needs. It can also be configured to match the requirements of almost any company, no matter the industry. Most other systems simply do not offer this level of flexibility.

Right out of the box the interface is not especially user friendly for people who spend their day updating or reviewing large amounts of data. There is quite a bit of empty space on the screen without much information being shown so a more compact layout with better data visibility would be an improvement in my opinion. It can also be frustrating to click through options listed along the side of the window. That said customers do have the ability to build dashboards and customize the system so it fits their workflow better.

The biggest advantages is how well the software can be tailored to fit our specific business processes and requirements.

Because it's cloud based and gets frequent upgrades, we end up doing more testing than usual and it seems like the same things keep breaking each time.

Having everything on one screen with scrolling works much better than the current tab-based setup. The interface feels very user friendly and the updated look is fresher and more modern overall.

A few screens still have too much unused space which ends up creating more scrolling than necessary. It would help a lot if fields could be rearranged to make better use of the screen and cut down on all that extra scrolling.

Having activity visible right on the entry screens is really useful. App Studio is more user friendly than the older screen customization tool and the home screen is a strong improvement. I also like moving away from the local client.

The scroll bars are much too small and the field labels and data tend to blend together visually without enough separation. Converting dashboards takes a lot of time and many default settings require creating a layer just to make the dashboard more user friendly even for something as basic as getting the panel grid card to expand at runtime. On top of that adding data filters is not as easy as it was in the classic version.

Being able to trace data and quickly locate fields and tables has been really valuable. There's a lot of freedom when it comes to making modifications and the navigation seems very easy. Also I really enjoy the search function and customer support has been excellent whenever needed.

Page performance is noticeably better than the classic version. There's also quite a bit you can customize although it still lacks some features needed to make the applications look exactly the way you want.

Well the thing that bothers me is how restricted the application design looks. You're basically stuck using a grid layout and that ends up leaving a lot of empty space on the screen.
