Getting in touch with tech support has been easy and the platform offers a lot of powerful features.

Aside from DMT, setting up BOOs and BOMs takes a lot of time. There are also bugs across different parts of the system and overall it runs slower than I expected.

Being cloud based is a big advantage and it's quick to use without needing to install a client.

The interface is still a bit buggy right now. It's nothing that completely stops work but it can definitely be annoying.

One of the biggest advantages is being able to add personalizations and customizations so the system can be tailored to our specific business needs.

MRP performance could be better although we're not on the latest version and I have heard that this has been improved in newer releases.

Having the option to add tables and fields that fit my business is a big advantage and being able to build workflows and rules through BPMs makes the system even more useful.

Performance can take a hit when there's heavy use of rules, extra fields and audit logs. Configuration also needs to be handled carefully so it really helps to know what you're doing or work with an experienced advisor.

I must say it is fairly easy to use, it can be used globally without needing a VPN and it includes a wide range of functions.

The screens look very basic almost like beginner-level programming. On top of that the account managers and other internal teams seem poorly organized, undertrained and very difficult to work with. It's hard to reach one person who can give a clear answer or meaningful support so the overall customer service does not feel reliable or well handled.

It's exciting to see AI being built into the platform and I am really looking forward to putting those features to use. The screen design also looks very profesional and appealing.

Being in a multi-tenant setup has been frustrating and I am not very happy with that part of it. We run into problems with the system on nearly every update including times when users cannot access or use it properly.

Ongoing updates keep improving the product and the added functionality has been a real plus. The search tools are user friendly and having help available directly in the browser makes things much more convenient.
