There's a lot you can accomplish with it. It offers lots of customization options and you can connect it with plenty of integrations as well.

At this point I really don't have anything negative to say about it.

The number of clicks can be a bit much at times and I still prefer the look of the classic view over the current one.

Being able to tailor every product and build the dashboards we actually need has been really valuable. The customization options support how our team works and the dashboards are genuinely useful for our processes instead of just being there for show.

Reliability still needs improvement especially with server problems and cloud status issues. Maintenance cancellations have also been a frustration.

Its low-code approach is something I really like. The updated browser interface feels modern and responsive and being able to access it from anywhere has been incredibly convenient.

There have been a few drawbacks, mainly around server-related issues and occasional failed processes or MRP runs. That said the support team handled those situations well. There are a few hurdles along the way but they feel like minor issues over time.

It runs on a Microsoft-based server stack, with a .NET application server and an MS SQL Server database layer which has worked well for us. There's also a lot of room to tailor both the user interface and the business logic to fit specific needs. Another big plus is the user community as epiusers.help is incredibly useful and here in Wisconsin we also have a really strong local user group.

Tier 1 support has become heavily offshored which can be frustrating at times. That said it's still possible to get good help when needed especially through the user community.

The platform is very easy to use and the discussions with the EUG have been really valuable. The topics are explained in a way that makes them simple to understand.

At the same time, a single process can take a lot of steps to complete. It feels bulky overall and it's not very forgiving when mistakes happen.

Its Open With feature has been really useful because it lets me open new screens directly from the one I am already in and they stay connected afterward. That setup makes moving through tasks feel much more efficient.

Having access to people across a wide range of topics all in one place makes it much easier to start cross-collaborative conversations without jumping between different sites. There are also plenty of insightful classes available and the people involved are very knowledgeable.

One downside is that some version releases come out with bugs so certain features don't always work to their full potential right away.
