Pros

The Quote to Cash process is fairly easy to pick up and the in-system customization options do a nice job of helping the software match a company's specific business needs.

Cons

Its biggest weakness shows up with volume. We create orders, process shipments and send invoices more than 3,000 times a day and out of the box it just isn't built for a business handling that level of activity.

Now that it's browser-based the whole system works faster, my development tools are simpler to use in real time and the updated interface looks much more modern.

The biggest thing still missing is more complete user documentation especially for all the tools. It was needed a long time ago. I did see that the documents were finally uploaded so I am looking forward to reviewing them and just hope they're thorough and clear to follow.

The drill-down features are a nice part of it. I am still not very familiar with it yet since we're continuing to use Classic for now.

One concern came up during a BAQ lab as we were told that an updatable dashboard wasn't available in it yet although it's currently being worked on. That's an issue for us because we rely on updatable dashboards right now.

There are quite a few sponsored add-on modules available which should make integration fast and easy.

ITs browser based speed is a real plus and the system can be customized to fit the specific needs of my business.

A few parts of the application look complex and require too many clicks to reach what you need so it doesn't always seem very efficient. The implementation process has also been rocky and difficult to get working the way it should.

Its added functionality has also meant a lot more clicking for our users which slows things down. On top of that our recent interactions with support have been frustrating and resolutions have been taking far too long.

Well the engineering side of it has been working really well for our company. The planning module has also been very effective for scheduling and the inventory module performs very well too.

Sorting part numbers is still harder than it should be to accomplish. On top of that the shipping section of the module isn't very user friendly when it comes to sending parts out from inventory.

Locating items quickly can be a challenge especially when using the search functions. we have made a lot of customizations on our side so that may be contributing to the issue.
