“Clean interface with mobile support

Pros

The app's interface is clean and easy to navigate, yet I've noticed it packs a lot of capability. My brief experience with the mobile version was excellent and smooth.

Cons

I run production across three different workshops located in separate regions of the country and some items are made at more than one site. Because each location sources parts and raw materials from different suppliers, it would be really useful if the system allowed creating multiple Bills of Materials for a single product, each tied to a specific warehouse or site. Then, when that product is selected on a sales order, the salesperson could pick the right warehouse and the system would generate the appropriate purchase orders for the correct suppliers automatically. That kind of warehouse-specific BOM/purchasing workflow would save a lot of manual adjustments for our team.

Honestly I'm surprised by how comprehensive this software is given its price. From my perspective, it fills a really useful niche for businesses that can't justify the expense or long learning curves of the big ERP packages.

Cons

Documentation could definitely use an upgrade. I managed to understand most functions by setting things up and learning through trial and error but there are a handful of features that left me guessing without clearer guidance. If the developers added more formal, step-by-step explanations or better examples for those tricky areas, it would have made the setup and ongoing use a lot less time-consuming and frustrating.

For manufacturing, I've found the platform incredibly feasible, smooth at handling order processing and impressively flexible in how much I can customize virtually every part of the workflow.

Cons

More flexibility with API customization would really help me and I'd like the ability to automatically pull orders from marketplaces like Amazon or Shopify, the Xero integration also feels limited because it forces a single sales COA which means I have to manually adjust accounts for orders from different warehouse locations.

Developer support has been the biggest issue for me because ticket responses sometimes make critical bugs feel like they aren't treated as a priority.

After trying countless inventory management programs, I haven't found another tool that packs all the capabilities ERBAG offers, I can adjust and manage nearly every available option and it's extremely feasible to operate and upload data.

I've noticed the live agents on the website respond very quickly to every question and the way quotations, sales orders, invoices and other documents interconnect is extremely well implemented. I also find the blocky scripting for tailoring functions makes the software incredibly powerful and flexible, giving a clear overview of all products and services.
