“Impressive manufacturing management

Pros

For manufacturing and inventory management, this tool is impressive and I'm confident it can handle production materials and work orders effectively.

Cons

A few crashes and minor bugs have appeared and I also feel the range of tasks I can perform in the app is somewhat limited.

Everything I need is covered by this ERP, from procurement through to fulfillment and I find the flow very simple.

Cons

An integration with Ship Station or UPS Worldwide would help my workflow especially since Postmen hasn't worked very well for me.

Pros

For me the menus feel well-organized into clear, separate sections and I find it simple to tweak the system.

Cons

The interface is organized into clear sections, yet I would really benefit from a universal search feature that scans all columns because the different fulfillment types can be confusing.

I find that it provides a wide range of features, comes with document templates and lets me attach files so I can keep track of everything.

At first it wasn't very user-friendly and I had to put in a considerable amount of time and patience to really learn the platform, understand all of its features and get comfortable with how to use them.

“Clean interface with mobile support

Pros

The app's interface is clean and easy to navigate, yet I've noticed it packs a lot of capability. My brief experience with the mobile version was excellent and smooth.

Cons

I run production across three different workshops located in separate regions of the country and some items are made at more than one site. Because each location sources parts and raw materials from different suppliers, it would be really useful if the system allowed creating multiple Bills of Materials for a single product, each tied to a specific warehouse or site. Then, when that product is selected on a sales order, the salesperson could pick the right warehouse and the system would generate the appropriate purchase orders for the correct suppliers automatically. That kind of warehouse-specific BOM/purchasing workflow would save a lot of manual adjustments for our team.
