Pros
Modules are simple and logically tied together which I really appreciate as it offers operators practical, easy-to-use options.
Cons
However the platform gives too little attention to accounting which is the backbone of any business. Its simplicity is a strong point for this ERP yet it still misses a few important accounting features that would make a noticeable difference. I don't believe it needs complex overhauls, just a few targeted fixes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breadth of features and pricing tiers and I find this software refreshingly comprehensive and fairly priced compared to other tools.
Cons
As a single user trying to explore everything this program can do, I found the learning curve fairly steep and it took me some time to test out all its capabilities. I also wish the documentation provided clearer, step-by-step examples for using specific modules and showed the recommended order for entering information manually versus importing data. That said given how much the software gets right overall, I can see why some module documentation might lag behind the product's feature development.

We found the tool extremely customizable which was exactly what we needed because we were searching for an inventory solution to run across eight locations while applying custom permission levels for different users.
Cons
I felt the system can seem overwhelming at first and new users might find it complicated but after proper training I found it wasn't difficult.

Pros
I've had a really positive experience using this system and want to congratulate the whole team. One area I think could use improvement is synchronization with banks and the administration for storing merchandise from other companies, both incoming and outgoing.
Cons
Point-of-sale application is quite limited in functionality and I wish it offered more options for sellers who conduct sales outside of a traditional business location.

What I really value is the easy access to information, the broad functionality, the thorough record-keeping and that it's a single ERP solution handling bookkeeping, sales, CRM, truly everything!
Cons
It frustrating that I can't go back to correct an invoice or modify product details once they've been pushed forward into subsequent stages of the workflow.

Okay so.... I'm able to import BOMs and vendor information very easily for the hundreds of components we use in our products which has saved me a lot of time. It's also really feasible to create work orders and purchase orders which helped our team move away from relying on PDF work instructions and Excel spreadsheets for purchase orders.
Cons
The time-tracking tool for costing work orders could definitely use some enhancements. We already rely on a separate application (Tsheets) to get clearer insight into how our employees log time across different projects and syncing or reconciling data between these two systems is likely to be a headache. If it offered comparable capabilities to Tsheets, it would increase the value it provides to our operations. Overall the it interface seems a little dated visually but functionality is what really matters to me so that appearance issue is only a minor concern.

As someone running operations, whether I need to handle sales orders online or offline, manage a CRM, plug in a POS that syncs, keep track of physical inventory and shipping, control costs at brick-and-mortar sites, oversee manufacturing or service projects or integrate great accounting, it does it all for me. I'm honestly blown away by how capable it is.
Cons
A more modern and user-friendly interface would appeal to me, similar to the polished feel of Microsoft 365 though I remain satisfied with the value and capabilities considering the price.
