“Visual dashboard and stats

Pros

What I really appreciate is the dashboard and the way it displays statistics visually and concisely.

Cons

It would be convenient if the login system could remember and sync my credentials across platforms so I wouldn't have to re-enter them repeatedly.

“Logical operations flow

Pros

From my experience the way this software handles operations and the flow of information aligns really nicely with the business logic of my sporting goods distribution. Because of that, my learning curve hasn't been very steep, what I expect to happen when carrying out a business process, for example, going from creating a sales order to invoicing and then to delivery, maps out easily in the system. Its processes, inputs and outputs are clearly defined so I can follow them without guessing. I suspect this comes from the developers having worked across many types of businesses since the team behind the tool seems to know how to arrange information cleanly and make it user-friendly.

Cons

The interface could look more modern and visually clear although I don't have trouble following the workflow to complete tasks.

Great tool and I really value the Bill of Materials feature, along with the simple integrations with Shopify and QuickBooks

Honestly there's nothing wrong from my perspective and our company is very satisfied with the software.

From what I've seen, this handles everything I require. Compared to other inventory tools for handmade crafts, I find the pricing about the same, yet I prefer its interface for managing multistep production workflows.

Automatic integration with Wix is missing and that's one capability I would really like to see added.

Pros

Honestly this tool has been a lifesaver for me and I highly recommend it for manufacturing and inventory tracking.

Costs increase as more users are added which means I have to limit how many team members can access it.

“simple multi-tab interface

Pros

As a buyer with ten years of experience, I've used some enterprise software that came with an outrageous price tag and made even the simplest data awkward to view, this tool is nothing like that. Because it was one of the more affordable ERPs I tested, I immediately noticed how responsive it was when switching between tabs and I liked that I could keep multiple tabs open much like a web browser. I managed to upload hundreds of line items with a few drag-and-drop actions in what felt like no time and I was able to start building bills of material without reaching for a manual every few minutes. Each tab displays the most relevant details right where you expect them so I don't have to scour the system for an open PO, one small click brings up everything I need. Overall everything feels convenient and uncomplicated which is exactly what you want when implementing a new ERP from scratch.

Cons

Session timeouts during sign-in can be inconvenient and I would prefer an option to keep the session active longer.

Pros

The CRM, inventory and purchasing tools completely impressed me, the purchasing options are simply amazing. Their customer support is always available for anything and I have all functions in one place.

Cons

I can't link it directly to a bank account so if I want comprehensive accounting features I need to go with Xero instead, because this tool integrates with Xero for that functionality.
