Pros
It's simple to set up and very user-friendly in my experience. The pricing seems fair for what you get. I can see they're actively working on updates to fill in the missing features. Support has generally been responsive and helpful when I reach out.
Cons
A major issue for me is the lack of integration with QuickBooks Desktop and I also struggle with the mobile packing app, unreliable barcode and serial tracking and restrictions that prevent certain inventory adjustments I used to rely on.

As a growing manufacturing company, we found that the multi-level BOM, integration with our eCommerce platform and the ability to congreatate sales orders, purchase orders, inventory and other functions into one place were precisely what we needed in a new system.
Cons
However we ran into limited choices when it came to integrating payment processors and shipping APIs which constrained our options for checkout and logistics.

I'm really fond of how simple the software is, it handles exactly what I need without unnecessary complexity.
Cons
Rather than multiple units, I'd prefer it to standardize on a single unit of measure for labor tracking, such as hours. I don't find any value in days (which look like 24-hour blocks, not workdays) or in minutes for my purposes at all.
