supports CRM, BOM & production

Pros

Perfect tool and I'm really pleased that this application supports CRM, BOM and comprehensive production planning.

Cons

The absence of a human resources module stands out to me since I can't easily monitor individual employee performance.

Limited QuickBooks and mobile integration

Pros

It's simple to set up and very user-friendly in my experience. The pricing seems fair for what you get. I can see they're actively working on updates to fill in the missing features. Support has generally been responsive and helpful when I reach out.

Cons

A major issue for me is the lack of integration with QuickBooks Desktop and I also struggle with the mobile packing app, unreliable barcode and serial tracking and restrictions that prevent certain inventory adjustments I used to rely on.

Multi-level BOM with consolidated operations

Pros

As a growing manufacturing company, we found that the multi-level BOM, integration with our eCommerce platform and the ability to congreatate sales orders, purchase orders, inventory and other functions into one place were precisely what we needed in a new system.

Cons

However we ran into limited choices when it came to integrating payment processors and shipping APIs which constrained our options for checkout and logistics.

Affordable and easy to use tool

Pros

I'm impressed by how easy it is to use, the affordable price and the features offered for what it costs.

Cons

It could use more search options and it tends to open far too many windows when I'm using it.

Not as flexible as expected

Pros

The program feels extremely convenient and I find it gives a helpful overview of my status, current accounts and balances.

Cons

It's not as flexible as I'd hoped or as adaptable to our needs as I'd like it to be.

simple & efficient workflow

Pros

I'm really fond of how simple the software is, it handles exactly what I need without unnecessary complexity.

Cons

Rather than multiple units, I'd prefer it to standardize on a single unit of measure for labor tracking, such as hours. I don't find any value in days (which look like 24-hour blocks, not workdays) or in minutes for my purposes at all.

Faster sales quote generation

Pros

From what I've observed, generating quotes for our sales division has become much faster and more efficient.

Cons

Cloud-based systems often give me trouble during setup and this one was no exception until I spent some time tweaking it.

Quick setup & convenient menus

Pros

this tool has been incredibly easy to get up and running compared with other options I've tried, menus are feasible, I can always find what I need and correcting mistakes is simple. Importing data is really simple and it handles complex tax rules without issue.

Cons

Some pages feel awkward for me to use on small screens especially on phones or compact tablets where everything seems cramped.

Testing inventory management and Shopify, I found it extremely convenient and feasible from the very first minute, I also plan to try their service and repair module soon.

Covers nearly all business needs

Pros

I find that it covers nearly every feature a business might need, offering functionality for almost any operational requirement.

Cons

At first the system felt overwhelming to me but once I worked through the workflows and learned the process, it became easier to understand.

feasible material setup and UI

Pros

Adding materials and setting up technological workflows is feasible and I appreciate the tidy, convenient UI. The mobile app lets me assign jobs and track manufacturing times efficiently.

Cons

Creating a custom serial-number template isn't possible from what I can see and I would really benefit from an option where I can enter a starting serial number and have the rest auto-increment.

Helpful material and assembly tracking

Pros

Material lists and assembly inventory features are something I genuinely appreciate because they help me maintain better control over stock and overall inventory.

excellent support call experience

Pros

I had a fantastic hour-long video call where the support team was absolutely amazing. I'm seriously considering this software as a top candidate for our switch!

Cons

Payment integrations seem limited to me and I notice it mainly connects with QuickBooks.
