“No-code multi-platform linking

Pros

I can link multiple platforms without needing any coding skills.

Cons

Unfortunately, it lacks an open API which prevents me from connecting to other platforms.

As a user I find it includes every feature I'd expect from inventory management software.

Cons

One downside I've run into is that everything opens as multiple tabs within a single window, I can't use keyboard shortcuts to flip between them, nor can I open a tab in a separate window.

Pros

Honestly I find the system really convenient and I didn't need any prior knowledge to start using it.

Cons

Living in a Spanish-speaking country, I find some of the system's technical issues quite difficult to deal with.

“Phenomenal customer support

Pros

At first the software/database felt intimidating to me which is pretty typical whenever I try something new but anyone comfortable with Excel will pick this up without trouble! Beyond being an impressive database, the customer support is absolutely phenomenal!!! I've never found customer care at a higher caliber than this. The women on the team have truly spoiled me, they know my name, always sound genuinely pleased to talk with me even though I can be a handful and they remain incredibly patient, never showing frustration when I ask them to go over things I haven't grasped. I'm completely in love with this staff and the product and I have no intention of ever leaving them! xoxo

Everything they promised actually seemed to work and I was genuinely excited after I came across this software for the first time.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the software to establish a connection with my WooCommerce site no matter what I tried.

Software is really easy to install and get started with and it's been extremely useful when I'm working out product costs and preparing quotes.

“Quick learning for newcomers

Pros

I've found it really simple to use, most newcomers can pick up the basics in just a few hours. In my experience it's fully equipped for tracking orders, purchasing and managing materials, including support for serial and batch numbers.

Cons

For me integration options are limited and it's not widely recognized or connected with many other systems.

For me the system feels very logical and runs fast. It's simple to pick up and integrate and I consider it essential for any ERP-focused company. The support team is phenomenal, truly the best I've worked with!
