“fit for offline operations”
Pros
So far I can honestly say this is excellent software for running my business. Since my industry requires tracking many different fields and items and isn't limited to e-commerce platforms, our operations are mostly offline and this solution seems to fit our needs really well up to now.
Cons
As I mentioned here, I'm still a new user but it already seems far more useful than other software I've used.

“Transparent system with QuickBooks integration”
Pros
This system feels very transparent and I see that it covers every feature I'd expect from a manufacturing program, the QuickBooks integration is a real bonus.
Cons
After only a few minutes of inactivity I was logged out and lost a practice kit I had been setting up because the app doesn't save changes automatically which was frustrating.

Pros
Using the interface is pretty feasible and I've found the support team excellent, they added custom fields when requested and importing from Excel works well.
Cons
One limitation I noticed is that warehouse locations can't have more than a single bin/shelf which is restrictive for our setup.

Pros
The interface is convenient and snappy, with strong support for editing report templates, I am really glad that it provides help like videos and chat that makes tasks easy and XLS import/export runs smoothly.
Cons
Some core CRM features are missing and I am disappointed. There isn't a proper leads, opportunities, quotations workflow or built-in emailings which forces me to rely on extra third-party tools and that feels a bit frustrating. It honestly seems like adding those pieces would be fairly simple for the team to implement.

Pros
I gain the capabilities of much larger ERP systems without the steep cost and I appreciate that every package has all features enabled.
Cons
Pages are a bit slow to reload or refresh which disrupts my workflow at times. Importing warehouses during the initial setup was awkward and needed attention. Also, I couldn't fully test user setup options since more than one user account is required to try those settings properly.

The color palette and visual design are gentle and comfortable which I really like.

Being cloud-based makes it easily accessible which I appreciate.
Cons
What frustrates me is that it doesn't provide projected delivery times based on available staff time. In other words, as I'm handling orders the system should be able to tell me, for example, with ten people and the minutes they have left, that I'm booked on the items ordered through April 28th and if someone is out it should automatically recalculate the dates.
