Perfect toool for my company, I find it feasible to use and it offers reliable functionality.

Great tools to manage my business so easy to use after a short setup. I love how it tracks inventory

Having the system generate all my financial reports would be ideal because I wouldn't need to rely on other software.

For me this software is really easy to use and manage and it noticeably reduces both time and cost.

Cons

Getting started took a little time for me and I do notice the connection sometimes drops which can be annoying.

Managing multiple warehouses has been difficult for me and I'm seriously considering leaving the program because of it.

“Simple training and collaboration

Pros

This tool makes training easy which led to a pretty short learning curve and saved me from having to hire training staff from the vendor. Its collaboration features, integrations and mobility have honestly been a lifesaver in our day-to-day work.

Cons

Sometimes I wish it could anticipate what I'm trying to do though I know it's not a mind reader yet.

For our business, we can add extra custom fields whenever needed and I've found the tool's responses to technical inquiries to be prompt and genuinely helpful.

Pros

Importing from Excel was extremely feasible and I'm impressed by how convenient the system is, when I reached out to support, the communication was excellent and they replied right away.

So far the only aspect I'm unhappy with is that the sales order date gets locked which causes me some inconvenience.

Getting started with this software has been fantastic, we're already loving how it works.

The pricing is fair, the chat support was fantastic and I found it really easy to use.

Being new to the app, I felt overwhelmed by how many features there were making my first-time experience feel overly complicated and difficult to navigate.

Inventory management and the way BOMs are handled stand out, I really like the work order setup as well.

For me the price feels a bit on the high side and I'd like to see more integrations particularly with the Quality Assurance department and a few other areas.

“Extensive features and value

Pros

The system's extensive feature set combined with its fair pricing is what I liked most.

Cons

On the downside the system's interface feels a bit dated and not as convenient as I'd hoped making navigation slower, I still can't locate where to generate an invoice within the software so I'm left wondering if invoicing is only possible through the POS.
