Pros
Using it is really simple and I've found their customer support to be excellent.
Cons
The one downside I've found is that I can't schedule my work hours within the app and I'm hoping a future update will address this soon.

The interface is feasible and easy to use and it enables us to connect with different systems so I can keep track of all our orders.
Cons
There's no way to search the notes attached to orders and that really bothers me because a lot of our order details end up in those notes, without the ability to search them, we can't locate specific orders when we need them.

Cons
Honestly I do find it somewhat tricky to get used to, there are just too many features at first but I believe with some time and practice I'll get comfortable.
