convenient interface with responsive support

Pros

Using it is really simple and I've found their customer support to be excellent.

Cons

The one downside I've found is that I can't schedule my work hours within the app and I'm hoping a future update will address this soon.

simple collaboration via Google integrations

Pros

The Google integrations work easily with our Drives and I really like how they make collaboration easier.

Cons

Manual is unclear when it comes to initial setup and especially when we handle orders that include weighted items.

Comprehensive system with attentive service

Pros

Everything's included and I get amazing customer service.

Cons

No complaints, seriously, none. Most apps tack on in-app purchases so I'm thrilled this bundles everything into a single offering.

Single-user ledger limitation

Pros

feasible setup combined with a great, comprehensive accounting framework is something I genuinely appreciate.

Cons

However I find that ledger entries can only be done online and the system supports just a single user login.

Well-organized with complex BOM handling

Pros

This software is extremely well organized and I've found it handles very complex BOM structures without issue, the development team is genuinely helpful.

Cons

Connected systems with smooth navigation

Pros

The interface is feasible and easy to use and it enables us to connect with different systems so I can keep track of all our orders.

Cons

There's no way to search the notes attached to orders and that really bothers me because a lot of our order details end up in those notes, without the ability to search them, we can't locate specific orders when we need them.

Practical production & inventory management

Pros

Production planning and inventory management features really stand out for me, offering practical, user-friendly tools that even very small businesses can confidently adopt.

Cons

I wish I could get direct access to the underlying database so I could run detailed reports and import or export data more freely.

Best value with powerful functionality

Pros

Out of nearly thirty systems I've tried, this one offers the best bang for my buck, the support has been excellent and the features are the most powerful I've found.

Cons

Honestly I do find it somewhat tricky to get used to, there are just too many features at first but I believe with some time and practice I'll get comfortable.

Smooth setup and easy data import

Pros

Learning and using the app was feasible so even someone without technical skills can set it up easily. I especially like the convenient data import feature.

Pros

Really appreciate the flexibility, level of customization, fair pricing and helpful customer service. It is perfect for my team.

Cons

Getting everything up and running initially felt a bit intimidating to me and I can think of a few extra sales forecasting features I'd like to see added that aren't available yet.

This tool was feasible to learn and use, even though I had no prior experience with any ERP system.

basic, fast and export-ready

Pros

basic, speedy and simple to use, it also stands out with the ability to export Excel data which I really appreciate.

Cons

Several missing features frustrate me, such as the inability to assign more than one unit type to an item class and the lack of a simple way to apply a full invoice discount which forces me to use awkward workaround values.

extensive features offering remarkable value

Pros

Covering almost every part of running my business, the software is remarkably flexible, I'm impressed by the value it provides for the price.

Cons

A few expected capabilities like bulk inventory uploads and similar batch tools aren't available yet though I appreciate how much effort the support team puts into helping me and enabling features whenever possible.

Smooth Google-based collaboration

Pros

Thanks to cloud-based Google integration, collaborating with my team across locations is much easier and I can keep everything synced in one place which I really value.

Cons
