“Affordable and startup-friendly

Pros

For me it's affordable and excellent for startups.

Cons

I don't see any significant drawbacks, the only thing I would change is that the user interface feels a bit dated to my taste.

The way I see sales tracking connects through invoicing to my stock and factory has been incredibly helpful.

For me the receipt of payment process was somewhat overly complicated to manage.

“Easy setup and navigation

Pros

Getting set up was very easy and I found copying, pasting and navigating the interface to be clear.

Cons

In my experience it can't create too many SKUs at once without causing the system to crash.

Across my experience I've found the software really easy to implement and use and I notice the support is always available, knowledgeable and accurate.

Honestly I'd prefer being able to handle a sales order with a single click rather than walking through each separate step, pack, ship, invoice and archive which feels unnecessarily time-consuming. The same frustration applies to manufacturing orders, I was hoping for a one-click option to create and validate BOMs. On top of that, I've spotted a few data issues (for example, margin figures and other entries seem off). They're not critical right now but I have to dig in to understand whether they'll affect my operations.

Personally, I haven't found any training sessions offered beyond the initial introduction.

In using the Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Accounting modules, I feel they are handy and I also appreciate that the mobile app adds convenience.

Because I work in custom manufacturing, I value that I can create and add extra fields to fit my needs.

The user interface and overall experience frustrate me, I feel it doesn't flow as smoothly as I'd like and frankly the layout comes across as a bit clunky.

From my perspective I find the interface convenient, the features comprehensive and the support team fantastic.

One drawback I've run into is there's no accounting module and the web interface doesn't display properly on mobile devices.

When setting up and importing our articles, I found the process simple and it covers all the core features my small business needs.

I wish their warehouse and inventory features were stronger, for example, I can't assign a single SKU to more than one shelf which creates headaches when items need to be stored in multiple locations.

For my manufacturing process I find it simple and I notice the Quick Sale POS is dependable and simple to operate.

software doesn't include built-in accounting features yet thankfully I can connect it to QuickBooks which helps bridge that gap.

During deployment I found the interface convenient and I felt the learning curve was minimal.

It would be easy if it could automatically pull product images directly from a URL link since right now I have to upload them manually.
