All core ERP features for SMEs

Pros

All the core ERP features I look for in an SME solution are included and I find it very convenient to use.

Cons

For my workflow it feels a bit limited and I would prefer if the app could send invoices directly so I wouldn't need separate billing tools.

Easy setup with convenient logic

Pros

Setting it up was feasible and I grasped its logic quickly which made the process smooth for me.

Cons

One disappointment for me is that it still doesn't connect with QuickBooks Canada.

Manage tasks via iOS/Android apps

Pros

Bringing different divisions together and offering access via iOS and Android apps makes managing tasks on the go simple and I really like that.

Cons

Clearer instructions and tutorials would help me a lot because I often wish the platform offered more guidance on how to use its features effectively.

Feature-packed at a great price

Pros

Running a small-to-medium business, I'm finding this product fantastic, packed with features and offered at a very reasonable price.

Cons

Stable, fast, mature cloud system

Pros

Having used it Inc.'s software for more than twenty years, I've seen it evolve from MS-DOS to Windows to a mature cloud solution and I can confidently say it improves service quality, stability, speed and usability.

Cons

So far I haven't been able to identify any major or relevant bugs.

Pros

Minimal support needed, responsive team

Pros

The software is remarkably feasible to use and I hardly ever need support but when I do, their team responds incredibly quickly.

Cons

What bothered me most was that I couldn't easily undo certain actions when needed, for example, if an item is marked as packed or set as shipped, I don't have a feasible way to reverse those statuses which can be frustrating.

Operate independently with built-in academy

Pros

Running everything myself without a third-party provider is possible which I really appreciate. The built-in academy is helpful and support has been professional and prompt.

Cons

Import sheet needs to be more flexible, in my view it should include every possible field for importing or at least offer an option to request missing ones. Right now there are product-related fields missing so I end up having to go through items individually to add details like country of origin, sizes, colors and similar attributes which becomes time-consuming.

Ideal for small retail and manufacturing

Pros

For a small retail and manufacturing business, it was the best fit. I find the cloud accessibility, multiple language support and production oversight tools invaluable. After a year of use, it's become part of our daily operations and I'd strongly recommend it to other small businesses.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about from our side, it is a full-featured ERP with well-defined modules. As users though, we can't directly modify or add deeper customizations to certain areas such as the production module. I wish we could tailor the production features more closely to our particular manufacturing workflow but despite that limitation the system still serves our needs adequately.

Clean, all-in-one interface

Pros

Setting it up was easy, the interface feels clean and I give it an A++ rating. I appreciate that everything comes in one complete package.

Cons

I can't really give a full verdict yet since I'm still in the setup phase, I'm having a little trouble with the edit tabs but maybe it's because I haven't figured that portion out yet.

Highly responsive support team

Pros

The company is incredibly responsive, I've had them add requested functions and assist with data entry. Even across a nine- to ten-hour time difference, I get near-immediate responses and real-time support calls are possible when needed.

Cons

One frustrating limitation is that once a sales order or invoice is finalized, I can't change the payment method anymore. Every so often we slip up when inputting orders and I'd really appreciate the option to reopen those records and correct the payment details instead of being stuck with them as-is.

simple Shopify & G Suite integration

Pros

Integration with Shopify and G Suite is simple and I found the layout convenient making it easy for me to navigate and find what I need.

Cons

It takes some time to get the hang of and I did notice a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. From my perspective though, that's pretty much par for the course with ERPs since they're inherently complicated.

Helpful reporting tools, easy to start

Pros

The reporting tools are very helpful and as an all-in-one program, I needed no training to get started.

Cons

Navigating the software takes a little time to get used to and I'd love to see a larger app integration platform similar to Zapier.
