For me it's affordable and excellent for startups.
Cons

Getting set up was very easy and I found copying, pasting and navigating the interface to be clear.
Cons
In my experience it can't create too many SKUs at once without causing the system to crash.

Getting set up was very easy and I found copying, pasting and navigating the interface to be clear.

Across my experience I've found the software really easy to implement and use and I notice the support is always available, knowledgeable and accurate.
Cons
Honestly I'd prefer being able to handle a sales order with a single click rather than walking through each separate step, pack, ship, invoice and archive which feels unnecessarily time-consuming. The same frustration applies to manufacturing orders, I was hoping for a one-click option to create and validate BOMs. On top of that, I've spotted a few data issues (for example, margin figures and other entries seem off). They're not critical right now but I have to dig in to understand whether they'll affect my operations.

Across my experience I've found the software really easy to implement and use and I notice the support is always available, knowledgeable and accurate.
Cons

In using the Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Accounting modules, I feel they are handy and I also appreciate that the mobile app adds convenience.
Cons
At this stage I haven't come across anything that makes me dislike the software. That said I'd love to see more people using it because the only online assistance I can locate is their own help site which limits the community resources and external troubleshooting options.
