Demo provides nearly all options

Pros

It looks like the demo lets me access nearly all of the options.

Cons

I'm trying to make sense of the terms and to find support within the Online Manual but it's not feasible.

Reliable lot traceability

Pros

Lot traceability is incredibly feasible and I find the product and inventory management features extremely capable and reliable.

Cons

Accounting side is currently lacking for what I need and I'm uncertain how smoothly it will connect to my retail website because my site isn't on Shopify.

Small business process management

Pros

As a small business owner, I use this software for order management, inventory and even invoicing. It unlocks all the business processes of small and medium enterprises by handling stock and orders under normal recommended conditions. I have it process orders while also taking care of cloud label printing and the various stock identifiers.

Cons

Can't find anything negative to say about this tool because I think it serves its particular purpose well and proves useful in that specific area of work.

Full control with responsive support

Pros

What I really like is the amount of control I get over each process, the simple import/export for pretty much everything and how quickly support responds.

Cons

I'm missing a proper quality-control feature, while I can work around it in other ways, I would much prefer there to be a dedicated QC module.

Affordable, customizable workflow

Pros

it is feasible to set up on my own without facing large upfront charges. The platform feels great and includes several excellent tools that let me customise workflows. Having tested more than a dozen competing products, I can honestly say this one delivered the richest feature set while remaining very affordable.

Cons

While pricier ERP and MRP solutions often appear sleeker, they usually miss out on crucial capabilities such as customisation and feasible usability. I noticed the mobile app is a bit thin on features too although I've been informed the team is actively working on improvements.

Easy use for training

Pros

the software is really easy to use and that it includes all the features I need so I can train students or temporary workers quickly.

Cons

Some forms are a bit limited and there are limited custom fields in certain situations, however, with workarounds and good support I've managed to make it work well day-to-day.

Fast, uncluttered, simple tool

Pros

I really appreciate how feasible and uncluttered the program is and entering data feels fast and convenient.

Cons

One change I'd love to see is the edit button removed, when I'm inside a tab I want to be able to type straight away without having to click extra controls. Please refresh the events area, I'd really like an events widget that shows and auto-updates events directly on customer accounts. With those tweaks, the program would be absolutely perfect.

Highly customizable and reliable

Pros

There's an incredible amount of customization here, I can set up almost anything nearly any way I need. It's rock-great, after trying other products that felt like guesswork, this one actually works as intended. Support is virtually instant when their tech team is available.

Cons

My only issue is that pricing is charged per user which is the only real downside I can think of.

Comprehensive features with customization

Pros

Delivered all required capabilities

Pros

Since we were switching from a different software vendor, we came prepared with a checklist of features we needed. After comparing multiple options, this one stood out, it delivered everything on our list and even offered additional capabilities beyond what we'd hoped for.

Cons

Simple interface for trial users

convenient tool with prompt support

Pros

Honestly the system is really feasible to use. I picked it up very quickly and their support team responds promptly whenever I need help. All of the core features I depend on are included as well.

Cons

The documentation feels limited because it mostly explains screens and buttons without providing the broader context although I see signs that improvements may be coming.

Flexible PO and reporting

Pros

At first I was most impressed by the purchasing and PO features, then as I dug deeper and learned about multi-level BOM, I came to enjoy it. The recently added custom reports are also excellent, letting me design documents' appearance and content with greater flexibility.

Cons

Time tracking based strictly on twenty-four-hour days doesn't align well with how our business manages shifts so I would prefer timesheets that allow a clearer hourly breakdown.

Needs better reporting tools

Pros

perfect tool for my team and the interface has a fresh, modern feel, it looks clean and is simple to navigate.

Quick deployment and training

Pros

We found deploying this software incredibly feasible. Within about four to five days we were up and running and that timeframe included training the whole team.

Cons
