“All-in-one business platform!!

Pros

I really value it's all-in-one capabilities, it provides a broad set of features like inventory control, sales and purchasing modules, production management and financial tools, bringing many different business functions together on a single platform.

Cons

although this application does provide options to customize, I often hit limitations regarding how far I can tailor specific areas of the software to match my particular business workflows and requirements which can be frustrating when trying to fit unique processes.

“Comprehensive features at low cost

Pros

Access to every feature and functionality I require is available and I find the cost is the most reasonable given just how much this software covers.

Cons

The training videos actually contain useful information but I struggle to sit through them because the audio quality fluctuates a lot between videos and sounds overly robotic.

I find the comprehensive functionality of ERPAG to be quite impressive. Having all of these capabilities combined into one platform makes it easy for me to handle different aspects of my business operations efficiently. This integration truly enhances my overall experience with the software.

The training videos are informative, but I find them difficult to watch. The sound quality varies from video to video, making them feel a bit too robotic.

the system is incredibly feasible to use, even someone with little or no background in similar platforms would pick it up quickly. Whenever we run into an issue, I really appreciate that we can message an advisor and get things resolved through chat. When I asked for a change, the team handled it smoothly without making a fuss and deployed it across the board for everyone. It also hooks into our accounting software so we don't have to enter the same data twice.

There are a few minor limitations when it comes to building reports, but nothing that would make me stop using the service.

It is very easy to use, and even someone with little or no experience with similar systems can understand it. When we encounter an issue, it is great to be able to chat with an advisor to resolve it. When we needed changes, they made those changes smoothly and rolled them out for everyone to use. It also integrates with our accounting software, so we do not have to duplicate our efforts.

It looks like the demo lets me access nearly all of the options.
