“Clean interface with mobile support”

Pros

The app's interface is clean and easy to navigate, yet I've noticed it packs a lot of capability. My brief experience with the mobile version was excellent and smooth.

Cons

I run production across three different workshops located in separate regions of the country and some items are made at more than one site. Because each location sources parts and raw materials from different suppliers, it would be really useful if the system allowed creating multiple Bills of Materials for a single product, each tied to a specific warehouse or site. Then, when that product is selected on a sales order, the salesperson could pick the right warehouse and the system would generate the appropriate purchase orders for the correct suppliers automatically. That kind of warehouse-specific BOM/purchasing workflow would save a lot of manual adjustments for our team.

Honestly I'm surprised by how comprehensive this software is given its price. From my perspective, it fills a really useful niche for businesses that can't justify the expense or long learning curves of the big ERP packages.

Cons

Documentation could definitely use an upgrade. I managed to understand most functions by setting things up and learning through trial and error but there are a handful of features that left me guessing without clearer guidance. If the developers added more formal, step-by-step explanations or better examples for those tricky areas, it would have made the setup and ongoing use a lot less time-consuming and frustrating.

As an industrial engineering student, I've found it really great, the tutorial videos explaining different functions can be genuinely useful and make it easier for me to figure out the next steps.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that the layout can feel a bit scattered at times which makes navigation slightly chaotic but as I mentioned earlier the embedded videos usually come to the rescue and clarify what I need to do in those moments.

What I appreciate most is how feasible the software is, its simplicity encourages me to use it more.

There's almost nothing about this software that puts me off.

For manufacturing, I've found the platform incredibly feasible, smooth at handling order processing and impressively flexible in how much I can customize virtually every part of the workflow.

Cons

More flexibility with API customization would really help me and I'd like the ability to automatically pull orders from marketplaces like Amazon or Shopify, the Xero integration also feels limited because it forces a single sales COA which means I have to manually adjust accounts for orders from different warehouse locations.

Daily use shows me how easy it is to rely on for organizing inventory and processing B2B sales.

Cons

So far everything has been positive and I haven't discovered any shortcomings yet.

Developer support has been the biggest issue for me because ticket responses sometimes make critical bugs feel like they aren't treated as a priority.

After trying countless inventory management programs, I haven't found another tool that packs all the capabilities ERBAG offers, I can adjust and manage nearly every available option and it's extremely feasible to operate and upload data.

Cons

Some functions still need improvement in my opinion, such as the inability to backdate upload entries or assign different start dates to tasks within a project or manufacturing order.

Okay so... I'm really impressed by the massive range of features this platform offers, it's genuinely amazing how much it can do.

Cons

The platform feels somewhat bloated with features and I would appreciate an option to hide certain capabilities so the interface becomes simpler for less technical users.

I've noticed the live agents on the website respond very quickly to every question and the way quotations, sales orders, invoices and other documents interconnect is extremely well implemented. I also find the blocky scripting for tailoring functions makes the software incredibly powerful and flexible, giving a clear overview of all products and services.

Cons

An open API would be very helpful for my workflow but since it's still in progress I can't integrate the tool with other software yet.

What I really appreciate is the dashboard and the way it displays statistics visually and concisely.

Cons

It would be convenient if the login system could remember and sync my credentials across platforms so I wouldn't have to re-enter them repeatedly.

Pros

From my experience the way this software handles operations and the flow of information aligns really nicely with the business logic of my sporting goods distribution. Because of that, my learning curve hasn't been very steep, what I expect to happen when carrying out a business process, for example, going from creating a sales order to invoicing and then to delivery, maps out easily in the system. Its processes, inputs and outputs are clearly defined so I can follow them without guessing. I suspect this comes from the developers having worked across many types of businesses since the team behind the tool seems to know how to arrange information cleanly and make it user-friendly.

Cons

The interface could look more modern and visually clear although I don't have trouble following the workflow to complete tasks.

Great tool and I really value the Bill of Materials feature, along with the simple integrations with Shopify and QuickBooks

Honestly there's nothing wrong from my perspective and our company is very satisfied with the software.

From what I've seen, this handles everything I require. Compared to other inventory tools for handmade crafts, I find the pricing about the same, yet I prefer its interface for managing multistep production workflows.

Automatic integration with Wix is missing and that's one capability I would really like to see added.

Pros

As a buyer with ten years of experience, I've used some enterprise software that came with an outrageous price tag and made even the simplest data awkward to view, this tool is nothing like that. Because it was one of the more affordable ERPs I tested, I immediately noticed how responsive it was when switching between tabs and I liked that I could keep multiple tabs open much like a web browser. I managed to upload hundreds of line items with a few drag-and-drop actions in what felt like no time and I was able to start building bills of material without reaching for a manual every few minutes. Each tab displays the most relevant details right where you expect them so I don't have to scour the system for an open PO, one small click brings up everything I need. Overall everything feels convenient and uncomplicated which is exactly what you want when implementing a new ERP from scratch.

Cons

Session timeouts during sign-in can be inconvenient and I would prefer an option to keep the session active longer.

“CRM and purchasing impressed”

Pros

The CRM, inventory and purchasing tools completely impressed me, the purchasing options are simply amazing. Their customer support is always available for anything and I have all functions in one place.

Cons

I can't link it directly to a bank account so if I want comprehensive accounting features I need to go with Xero instead, because this tool integrates with Xero for that functionality.

“End-to-end inventory tracking”

Pros

Managing inventory was the main thing I needed so having the capability to trace materials end-to-end by serial number, including handling customer returns, has been crucial for me and I found it feasible to configure and use. When deliveries come in with lot quantities above ten, being able to paste many serial numbers at once instead of entering each one individually was an absolute requirement and this tool handles that really well. I also appreciate being able to move stock between multiple sites and the stages feature lets production take place across locations smoothly. The system is simple to navigate and it seems to prevent users from making mistakes when processes are triggered before the material is actually available which gives me confidence that everything is being managed correctly as I work. Overall there are plenty of features I like.

Cons

A few of the reports don't present data exactly the way I would prefer though that might just be because I haven't dug into all the reporting options yet.

“Integrated workflow efficiency”

Pros

How well it handles inventory, purchasing and sales workflows is great. There are numerous controls for managing physical stock and Bills of Materials and I can customize a lot to suit our processes. I also value the strong integration between sales, production, purchasing and inventory.

Cons

Occasionally I find it hard to revert certain changes but apart from that I haven't come across any other issues.
