“No-code multi-platform linking”

Pros

I can link multiple platforms without needing any coding skills.

Cons

Unfortunately, it lacks an open API which prevents me from connecting to other platforms.

Pros

As a user I find it includes every feature I'd expect from inventory management software.

Cons

One downside I've run into is that everything opens as multiple tabs within a single window, I can't use keyboard shortcuts to flip between them, nor can I open a tab in a separate window.

Honestly I find the system really convenient and I didn't need any prior knowledge to start using it.

Cons

Living in a Spanish-speaking country, I find some of the system's technical issues quite difficult to deal with.

“Phenomenal customer support”

Pros

At first the software/database felt intimidating to me which is pretty typical whenever I try something new but anyone comfortable with Excel will pick this up without trouble! Beyond being an impressive database, the customer support is absolutely phenomenal!!! I've never found customer care at a higher caliber than this. The women on the team have truly spoiled me, they know my name, always sound genuinely pleased to talk with me even though I can be a handful and they remain incredibly patient, never showing frustration when I ask them to go over things I haven't grasped. I'm completely in love with this staff and the product and I have no intention of ever leaving them! xoxo

Honestly I can't think of any downsides to this software, it's genuinely fantastic!

“Woocommerce connection issue”

Pros

Everything they promised actually seemed to work and I was genuinely excited after I came across this software for the first time.

Cons

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the software to establish a connection with my WooCommerce site no matter what I tried.

“Easy installation and quoting”

Pros

Software is really easy to install and get started with and it's been extremely useful when I'm working out product costs and preparing quotes.

Cons

So far I've only recently begun using it but up to this point I can't think of anything I dislike about the software.

Okay so I have gotten great support so far, plus excellent speeds and smooth integration.

That said I still haven't finished experimenting with it yet.

“Quick learning for newcomers”

Pros

I've found it really simple to use, most newcomers can pick up the basics in just a few hours. In my experience it's fully equipped for tracking orders, purchasing and managing materials, including support for serial and batch numbers.

Cons

For me integration options are limited and it's not widely recognized or connected with many other systems.

“Fast and logical workflow”

Pros

For me the system feels very logical and runs fast. It's simple to pick up and integrate and I consider it essential for any ERP-focused company. The support team is phenomenal, truly the best I've worked with!

Based on my personal experience, I haven't found any drawbacks and I genuinely don't see any negatives.

“comprehensive inventory monitoring”

Pros

At last, for a reasonable price I'm able to monitor our inventory, track how materials are consumed in manufacturing, manage warehousing and keep an eye on the entire supply chain.

Cons

The accounting module doesn't follow Spanish accounting standards and I notice it creates incompatibilities with local bookkeeping requirements.

Perfect toool for my company, I find it feasible to use and it offers reliable functionality.

Integration with my online store is something I would really like to see added soon.

Great tools to manage my business so easy to use after a short setup. I love how it tracks inventory

Having the system generate all my financial reports would be ideal because I wouldn't need to rely on other software.

For me this software is really easy to use and manage and it noticeably reduces both time and cost.

Getting started took a little time for me and I do notice the connection sometimes drops which can be annoying.

Managing multiple warehouses has been difficult for me and I'm seriously considering leaving the program because of it.

“Simple training and collaboration”

Pros

This tool makes training easy which led to a pretty short learning curve and saved me from having to hire training staff from the vendor. Its collaboration features, integrations and mobility have honestly been a lifesaver in our day-to-day work.

Cons

Sometimes I wish it could anticipate what I'm trying to do though I know it's not a mind reader yet.

Pros

For our business, we can add extra custom fields whenever needed and I've found the tool's responses to technical inquiries to be prompt and genuinely helpful.

From what I've experienced so far, I find the features highly functional and well aligned with my company's workflows.

“Excel import and easy use”

Pros

Importing from Excel was extremely feasible and I'm impressed by how convenient the system is, when I reached out to support, the communication was excellent and they replied right away.

Cons

So far the only aspect I'm unhappy with is that the sales order date gets locked which causes me some inconvenience.

Getting started with this software has been fantastic, we're already loving how it works.

We haven't explored all its features yet so I can't really give a detailed opinion at this stage.

The pricing is fair, the chat support was fantastic and I found it really easy to use.

Cons

Being new to the app, I felt overwhelmed by how many features there were making my first-time experience feel overly complicated and difficult to navigate.

“Inventory and BOM management”

Pros

Inventory management and the way BOMs are handled stand out, I really like the work order setup as well.

Cons

For me the price feels a bit on the high side and I'd like to see more integrations particularly with the Quality Assurance department and a few other areas.
