Pros
Honestly this is really good software, it feels simple and very easy to use and I can get things done without hassle.
Cons
Template options are fairly limited and I wish there were more choices available.

Pros
User-friendliness really stands out and I find that the range of document formats it supports lets me design layouts exactly as I need.
Cons
One downside I've noticed is that adding a bill of materials across several product variations is rather tedious and time-consuming, I wish there were a bulk-edit or batch-action feature to handle this all at once so I wouldn't have to repeat the same steps for each variant.

Cons

I can see which orders are fully prepared which ones are partly ready and which are waiting on inventory.
Cons
It doesn't connect with my website platform, Shopline so I have to manually sync the sales records myself.

We appreciate this tool's capabilities because many meet our current requirements and I find it provides plenty of opportunity for growth going forward.
Cons

“Easy inventory with mobile support
Pros
If you're after an easy-to-use inventory system that doesn't feel like running an Amazon fulfillment center, I love that there's a mobile app for my techs, support for multiple warehouse locations and almost every feature I expect is built in.
Cons
There are still a few small problems. For example, a warranty that accompanies a laptop isn't treated as an inventory item, yet it shouldn't be overlooked when creating a PO. Maybe I simply need more guidance on the various product types but right now I'm unsure how to deal with a 'warranty item.' Also, there's no open API although you can import virtually everything via Excel down to the finest detail, we would very much prefer having an open API.

It's built on a great foundation and I genuinely think it could bring meaningful advantages to organizations whose operational needs align with it's conceptual setup.
Cons
My biggest complaint is the complete lack of an API, that alone will put off many potential users. Chat support is quick to respond but I often find their answers miss the point of what I'm asking, it feels like agents are trained to highlight features you might have overlooked rather than address the actual problem. I also ran into issues provisioning recipes for products that have variants although I was able to copy an existing recipe and modify it as a workaround. Another annoyance is that you can't use the app in multiple browser windows at the same time, opening it in a new window logs you out of the first one. There are times when I want to work in one window and keep context visible in another and this makes that impossible. The platform also doesn't preserve session context so if I'm logged out I have to reopen every tab I was working on. Finally, there is no local caching on connected devices, meaning a spotty internet connection can force me to start work over again.

Everything I need is covered by this ERP, from procurement through to fulfillment and I find the flow very simple.
Cons
An integration with Ship Station or UPS Worldwide would help my workflow especially since Postmen hasn't worked very well for me.
