“Extensive features and value”

Pros

The system's extensive feature set combined with its fair pricing is what I liked most.

Cons

On the downside the system's interface feels a bit dated and not as convenient as I'd hoped making navigation slower, I still can't locate where to generate an invoice within the software so I'm left wondering if invoicing is only possible through the POS.

It offers a full spectrum of features and only over time will I see whether anything ends up missing.

Pros

Moving from simple database applications to massive ERP deployments has been remarkable. I almost ignored it's price at first because it seemed unbelievably low but I found it covers everything you need, leaving no essential box unchecked.

I'd appreciate CRM-focused tutorials in University.

Pros

Using this tool, we've found it surprisingly simple to operate like a large company while sticking to a small-business budget. I find the support invaluable and the team is consistently responsive.

Team respond quickly to our issues, tackling problems head-on and even building new features to fit what we needed. At this stage, all I can offer is wholehearted praise for their dedication and follow-through.

Navigation is simple and using this tool has been really simple for me. the warehouse functionality is the feature I rely on most.

Honestly the look feels too basic to me and I find the order entry workflow isn't well suited for hands-on manual ecommerce work.

Adding and duplicating products is simply incredible, I've used several ERP systems and this stands out.

Honestly I haven't come across any feature that I dislike.

Handling inventory and the purchase/sales process is really simple and easy, the tidy interface allowed me to pick it up quickly.

Don't love paying monthly fees since they're usually costlier than a one-time purchase although I get why it's set up that way.

For me it's affordable and excellent for startups.

I don't see any significant drawbacks, the only thing I would change is that the user interface feels a bit dated to my taste.

The way I see sales tracking connects through invoicing to my stock and factory has been incredibly helpful.

For me the receipt of payment process was somewhat overly complicated to manage.

In my experience it can't create too many SKUs at once without causing the system to crash.

Across my experience I've found the software really easy to implement and use and I notice the support is always available, knowledgeable and accurate.

Honestly I'd prefer being able to handle a sales order with a single click rather than walking through each separate step, pack, ship, invoice and archive which feels unnecessarily time-consuming. The same frustration applies to manufacturing orders, I was hoping for a one-click option to create and validate BOMs. On top of that, I've spotted a few data issues (for example, margin figures and other entries seem off). They're not critical right now but I have to dig in to understand whether they'll affect my operations.

With this platform, I can tailor it to my specific needs and preferences and I find it very user-friendly.

Cons

Personally, I haven't found any training sessions offered beyond the initial introduction.

Pros

In using the Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Accounting modules, I feel they are handy and I also appreciate that the mobile app adds convenience.

Cons

At this stage I haven't come across anything that makes me dislike the software. That said I'd love to see more people using it because the only online assistance I can locate is their own help site which limits the community resources and external troubleshooting options.

Because I work in custom manufacturing, I value that I can create and add extra fields to fit my needs.

Cons

The user interface and overall experience frustrate me, I feel it doesn't flow as smoothly as I'd like and frankly the layout comes across as a bit clunky.

One drawback I've run into is there's no accounting module and the web interface doesn't display properly on mobile devices.

I wish their warehouse and inventory features were stronger, for example, I can't assign a single SKU to more than one shelf which creates headaches when items need to be stored in multiple locations.

For my manufacturing process I find it simple and I notice the Quick Sale POS is dependable and simple to operate.

software doesn't include built-in accounting features yet thankfully I can connect it to QuickBooks which helps bridge that gap.
