“Accurate accounting made simple
Pros
What I appreciate most is the accuracy in recording transactions, it helps me and my team simplify bookkeeping and overall accounting tasks.
Cons
So far I can't say anything against this software because it has worked very well for us since installation, only one thing bothers me, when we have a question and reach out, the response time tends to lag a bit and that is something they should fix.

“Best ERP out there
Pros
This system is offered at a reasonable price, which makes it accessible for me. It is also highly customizable, allowing me to tailor it to my specific needs. Plus, I find that it is not too difficult to learn, making it user-friendly for someone like me who is new to it.
Cons
I believe that there could be improvements in the manufacturing and analytics areas.

“A visually appealing app for managing business
Pros
It is highly flexible and customizable, and I appreciate the user-friendly administration options they offer. Once I become familiar with it, I find that deployment is also very easy.
Cons
As the database grows and multiple users request information at the same time, I notice that performance can decrease, which makes generating reports very slow. It struggles to meet the demands I experience in larger companies.

“Enjoyable web-based workflow experience
Pros
Using the web interface has been very enjoyable for me, I can instantly see document statuses, move workflows forward and rely on automatic data population across fields.
Cons
Getting the system up and running felt like a pretty steep learning curve for me, there was a lot to do to create and import all the details for the component parts we use and to build our Bills of Materials. That said once everything is set up properly it becomes genuinely easy to work with. One area I still struggle with is using the system to calculate how much of a product can be produced and by which date, as that process isn't feasible and could really use clearer handling. To my mind this is something the developers or the documentation team should look at. The platform's flexibility is a double-edged sword, having multiple ways to achieve the same result sounds great but in practice those different approaches can slightly change behavior elsewhere in the system. Because of that, there should be clear 'recommended' and 'standard' ways of doing common tasks documented for users.

“easy system integration
Pros
From a technical standpoint, I found it easy to integrate with other systems or build new modules, even adding an IoT stack without difficulty.
Cons
Because each new version effectively forces a major release, you'll end up needing to reimplement parts of your setup from scratch. I've experienced this having a significant effect on my own repository since database changes can't be migrated directly into the newer releases. Typically the upgrade rewrites the entire database schema which means I had to create a large number of custom migration scripts to move our business data forward. Also, the migration steps the tool recommends rarely run smoothly in practice, adding more friction to the process.

“clean interface and efficiency
Pros
In everyday use I find it incredibly easy to work with due to the clean interface, cost-effective plans, broad accessibility and overall efficiency it offers me.
Cons
So far there's nothing I really dislike, the only minor issue I have is that some setup functions take a bit longer to finish.

“Tightly integrated modules
Pros
What I really appreciate is how tightly integrated the modules are, saving me from juggling multiple disconnected applications.
Cons
In my experience the HR and payroll module needs a fair amount of work. I've noticed that setting up incentive payments isn't handled natively, it demands external coding to create any automated, performance-based compensation which is tough. Another frustrating limitation is that leave records aren't editable if an error occurs during the initial Leave Policy Assignment and that mistake is only discovered mid-year, the system won't let you alter an individual's leave policy in the middle of the policy period. That restriction is a real problem for us because employees are constantly shifting between Work From Home, Hybrid and Remote arrangements and each of those setups should be able to have a different leave policy in effect at different times. Overall these constraints make it harder to manage dynamic workforce arrangements without manual workarounds.

“feasible tools on flexible framework
Pros
Right away, I notice the usability feels convenient and I find plenty of powerful tools built on the flexible and evolving Frappe framework.
Cons
this product develops a lot, feature set and performance improvements mean it can handle larger customers fairly well, yet I feel the entity model isn't designed greatly enough for big enterprises.

“Simple yet comprehensive experience
Pros
Overall I appreciate how simple yet comprehensive the experience feels and I find that whenever something is missing, customization allows me to extend it to fit my business needs.
Cons
From my perspective several modules are still being enhanced or are under active development, in particular the project management and CRM areas need more maturity.
