“minor support issues
Pros
Over time, I've noticed this software keeps improving across nearly every dimension, except when it comes to customer support. It used to take less time to report bugs and have them fixed in the past which was frustrating. Still, I'm happy with it overall because it delivers what I need at the end and comes at a fair price.
Cons
Personally, I think customer service is the weakest element of this product. Also, the pricing is attractive for a small team but costs climb and can exceed some rival offerings once the number of users grows which is disappointing.

“Simple yet comprehensive experience
Pros
Overall I appreciate how simple yet comprehensive the experience feels and I find that whenever something is missing, customization allows me to extend it to fit my business needs.
Cons
From my perspective several modules are still being enhanced or are under active development, in particular the project management and CRM areas need more maturity.

the app is really easy to use, fast and stable and I can quickly find everything I need inside it.
Cons
the Windows version needs more improvement and handling user permissions is awkward, it's not easy to use.

“Form formatting and support delays
Pros
With a single subscription, I have access to all the modules my business needs and I appreciate being able to add users freely without extra costs, while rarely experiencing any downtime.
Cons
I've noticed there are still unresolved formatting problems in forms such as sales invoices and sometimes tech support is slow to respond, I also wish there were real-time help available because occasional delays leave me waiting.

After some practice I've found the software very simple to tailor and I can collect and organize data efficiently in very little time.
Cons
some of the standards are inconsistent and that inconsistency can make using the product frustrating for me at times.

Even for new joiners, I find the system simple and easy to navigate, making it simple to pick up quickly.
Cons
However I find the finance module quite inconvenient and not very compatible with our existing data. We have six years' worth of dated records and I'm not sure how to migrate or transfer that information, that's been a major issue for us.

“Flexible setup with easy reporting
Pros
Getting everything up and running didn't take long for me and I found the system flexible, with report creation and detailed list views being easy to manage.
Cons
The Project Management app feels awkward to use and it doesn't support handling emails within the application. I also found there are no up-to-date installation scripts for newer app releases which made upgrades harder. After restoring, I couldn't change the company abbreviation because it's locked.

“user-friendly open source customization
Pros
What stands out to me is how user-friendly it feels, allowing me to customize things on the fly while benefiting from its fully open-source nature.
Cons
On my VPS the installation was a real headache and I spent a lot of time trying to get it working. Building custom apps isn't easy, I feel like you need to be fluent in several programming languages and databases and there aren't nearly enough clear, well-written how-to guides in English to help.

“Open source commercial alternative
Pros
Because it's open source, I find it delivers nearly everything expected from a commercial product like Dynamics NAV, while remaining easy for me to deploy, maintain and customize using open technologies.
Cons
I do think the documentation could use improvement although it has improved considerably since the project began and I'm encouraged that the team is steadily updating and expanding the docs to close the remaining gaps.

Overall I feel the application includes all the capabilities I'd expect from a great IT system and I especially value that it's open source.
Cons
What bothers me most about the software is the initial setup can be somewhat tough, getting it running felt like a bit of a hassle at the beginning. I also wish the support subscription were priced more affordably, because a cheaper support plan would have made things easier for me.

Pros
What I love most is how quickly I can create customer quotations and I appreciate the polished, professional look of the documents we send out.
Cons
Because my company is very small, I often feel the software is oversized for what we actually need, I wish they offered a lighter, lower-cost version that would suit us better. With the new pricing changes, I'll probably have to look for a more affordable alternative down the road. Right now, given how our economy is strained after the pandemic and the needless war, I have to cut costs everywhere just for our business to stay afloat.

“Severe bugs and pull request delays
Pros
Being able to tailor forms has always been important to me and while the process could be more convenient, I like that I can make changes without writing any code.
Cons
Problems with bugs. Because it's open source some of the code isn't written to a high standard. On top of that, pull request handling is poorly managed. I submitted multiple fixes for bugs, only to have them sit idle for weeks and eventually be closed by an automated system after a month or two, with almost no feedback from the product team. A number of these defects are severe especially in the payroll area and a bunch of smaller, obvious problems carry over between major releases without ever getting fixed.

What truly appealed to me is that it's genuinely open source with no hidden fees, allowing our team to adopt a full business management platform without inflating ongoing operating expenses.
Cons
I've noticed that, depending on how my team's workflows are set up and how quickly people learn, getting everyone to adopt it can be a slow process.
