“Fully open source with easy communication

Pros

As someone who values FOSS, I love that this tool is truly fully open source and I appreciate how it simplifies communication tracking between our team and clients which used to be a major tough point for us.

Cons

With FOSS solutions it's normal to find more support-related issues and there's no guaranteed timeframe for when my issues will be addressed.

“Great workflows, spreadsheet-free operations

Pros

In daily use, I've noticed the platform follows international best practices and provides great workflows for tasks like invoicing, receivables and returns and I find it impressive that our organization now runs without relying on spreadsheets at all.

Cons

Because it's an international IT system some local features for your country may still be missing. I can see it's very well tailored to Indian requirements but if I were using it from Germany I would miss certain options that would make daily work easier. Even so, I think it's worthwhile and it keeps improving steadily.

Pros

To my surprise, it was quite easy to learn and operate and I saw my team get comfortable and productive with this enterprise-scale system in about seventy days.

Cons

I wouldn't call it a real issue. Updating the self-hosted installation can be tricky and occasionally time-consuming but we view those growing points as part of learning and improving our setup and skills.

Pros

From what I've seen, the framework, workflow design and the way automation and notifications are handled are genuinely impressive and I rely on them heavily.

Cons

That said the agriculture module isn't fully developed yet and I was hoping for a more complete system.

I really appreciate the strong stability of the app, along with frequent updates and consistent bug fixes which give me confidence in using it long term.

What I love is how customizable it is, I see so much potential and it really keeps everything I need in one place.

Can't find any downsides to me there are no cons at all and I truly have no complaints.

What stands out to me is that it's open source and nearly every feature can be tailored to our needs and I find the development documentation great and complete while enjoying the ease of use, remote access, simple installation and polished graphics and GUI.

Not all modules come pre-built so putting together and integrating missing parts with other modules can be really complex and time-consuming. Even though documentation exists, I still needed a dedicated developer to deploy and customize the system and I felt the control over transactions, like approvals, was limited.

To my surprise, I've been impressed by how feature-rich it is while remaining simple to navigate and I feel that anyone willing to spend a little time can learn it quickly.

In my experience the manufacturing chapter in the manual needs much more detail especially about workflows for producing items in bulk.

When it comes to integrations, I find they are simple and very easy to manage.

Reports are poor. I think they need to improve reporting especially within the Education module.
