“Workflow simplifies company processes”
Pros
this tool includes nearly everything a company could want and I'm especially fond of the Workflow feature because it removes paper and keeps processes smooth within the platform.
Cons
I had to struggle with vendor support because most providers seemed to have little or only basic familiarity with the tool and I ended up having to walk them through things since even grasping the basic business logic was difficult for them. There also aren't many developers who are fluent in the required programming languages and the ones who are technically strong often lack great understanding of business processes.

“Basic IT system with limitations”
Pros
Overall the interface feels convenient and easy for me to use and as an administrator I can manage permissions, control data access and scale it easily without extensive training.
Cons
it's more of a basic, 'vanilla' style IT system geared toward smaller businesses. I've noticed some limitations especially around accounting and reporting features. Occasionally we've also run into issues with data accuracy which has caused problems for our team.

“Essential tool for complex manufacturing”
Pros
For complex manufacturing workflows, I find this tool extremely useful since it handles prerequisites, subitems and flexible component pricing in a way that suits my needs.
Cons
Setting up and customizing it has been the hardest part for me, once that's done, using the software runs very smoothly. I wish it offered ready-made templates or configurations aligned with common business structures so I wouldn't have to build everything from scratch.

“Customizable and Free”
Pros
ERPNext is a highly professional ERP system that combines several essential tools for managing a company's accounting needs. It offers numerous modules and integrations, catering to various businesses from small to large scale. One of its biggest advantages is its open-source nature, meaning it is free to use and can be hosted on your own server or in the cloud at no cost. Once you understand its interface, it is highly customizable, and if you face any issues, the community forum provides helpful solutions.
Cons
It has its advantages, but it also has a few downsides. The main issue is that you need to have strong knowledge of Linux to install it on a server. Although they offer hosting plans, the integration with e-commerce platforms has some problems, requiring adjustments and code modifications to work well in South America.

“Open source customization advantage”
Pros
What stands out to me is that Frappes it Next is open source, allowing me to customize it freely while easily managing database backups and migrations.
Cons
We deployed it on-premises but it suddenly stopped with 404 errors and there wasn't a clear fix, we ended up having to restart the server to get it working again.

“Adaptable software”
Pros
It is particularly beneficial for my real estate business because it helps me manage property portfolios, track rental income, handle maintenance requests for properties, and monitor occupancy rates. Also, it enables me to manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and service providers.
Cons
The number of integrations available may be fewer than what I see in some other ERP solutions. Also, making important customizations might require technical skills on my part.

“strong HRM performance”
Pros
I'm using the human resources module at our institution and I find it performs exceptionally well with all the features I expect from a modern HRM system.
Cons
Even though we've rolled this tool out across our institution, I haven't explored every module it provides yet so I don't have any strong criticisms to offer about the software as a whole. Until we use more components, it's hard to point out dislikes or limitations.

“Python-Based ERP”
Pros
What worked best for us was that the application is based on Python, which really saves us a lot of time and effort. It offers many options like accounting, asset management, CRM, HRM, payroll, project management, purchasing, sales management, warehouse management, and even a website feature. All these options allow us to divide our work efficiently, making our tasks and processes much simpler.
Cons
The only downside is that it is based on Python, which may not work well for other companies. Also, the customer support is not very good, and the server frequently crashes.

“Accurate accounting made simple”
Pros
What I appreciate most is the accuracy in recording transactions, it helps me and my team simplify bookkeeping and overall accounting tasks.
Cons
So far I can't say anything against this software because it has worked very well for us since installation, only one thing bothers me, when we have a question and reach out, the response time tends to lag a bit and that is something they should fix.

“Best ERP out there”
Pros
This system is offered at a reasonable price, which makes it accessible for me. It is also highly customizable, allowing me to tailor it to my specific needs. Plus, I find that it is not too difficult to learn, making it user-friendly for someone like me who is new to it.
Cons

“A visually appealing app for managing business”
Pros
It is highly flexible and customizable, and I appreciate the user-friendly administration options they offer. Once I become familiar with it, I find that deployment is also very easy.
Cons
As the database grows and multiple users request information at the same time, I notice that performance can decrease, which makes generating reports very slow. It struggles to meet the demands I experience in larger companies.

“Enjoyable web-based workflow experience”
Pros
Using the web interface has been very enjoyable for me, I can instantly see document statuses, move workflows forward and rely on automatic data population across fields.
Cons
Getting the system up and running felt like a pretty steep learning curve for me, there was a lot to do to create and import all the details for the component parts we use and to build our Bills of Materials. That said once everything is set up properly it becomes genuinely easy to work with. One area I still struggle with is using the system to calculate how much of a product can be produced and by which date, as that process isn't feasible and could really use clearer handling. To my mind this is something the developers or the documentation team should look at. The platform's flexibility is a double-edged sword, having multiple ways to achieve the same result sounds great but in practice those different approaches can slightly change behavior elsewhere in the system. Because of that, there should be clear 'recommended' and 'standard' ways of doing common tasks documented for users.

“easy system integration”
Pros
From a technical standpoint, I found it easy to integrate with other systems or build new modules, even adding an IoT stack without difficulty.
Cons
Because each new version effectively forces a major release, you'll end up needing to reimplement parts of your setup from scratch. I've experienced this having a significant effect on my own repository since database changes can't be migrated directly into the newer releases. Typically the upgrade rewrites the entire database schema which means I had to create a large number of custom migration scripts to move our business data forward. Also, the migration steps the tool recommends rarely run smoothly in practice, adding more friction to the process.
