“simple, code-free customization”

Pros

Love how convenient it is and that I can customize things without writing code, the report builder is feasible, it offers excellent value for the price, has an attractive design and performs smoothly across all my devices.

Cons

Setting up roles and permissions proved complicated and I had to rely on an experienced colleague to handle the implementation properly.

Basic CRM functionality adequate is great. I like that it included core features plus some entry-level inventory management and shipping tools.

During testing, the platform initially felt quite limited and I noticed some advertised features weren't available or didn't function as described.

Pros

Getting the system up and running was really feasible and I find the layout easy to move around in. It already supports most of the common business workflows we use. Customizing the appearance and overall business template is fairly simple to configure. I also appreciate that there are helpful guides and video tutorials available that make learning the system much easier.

Cons

Small glitches can be difficult to trace and I sometimes find the support explanations less user-friendly even though the team eventually resolves the issues.

Pros

For me it's incredibly easy to use, with a clean, simple interface and plenty of customization options, plus an awesome community and available APIs, overall I feel it's the best value for money without a doubt.

Cons

Point of Sale functionality still feels rough around the edges especially with cash handling and session management though I appreciate that I can customize it since it's open source.

The manufacturing module feels overly complicated and I find the process unnecessarily long and tough.

Pros

I've found it really feasible to tweak workflows and I could get a web version running without deep technical chops, customizing screens and forms was simple, it's affordable so I can pay only for the features I need and the support team replies quickly.

Cons

Formatting printed documents requires HTML and I consider that inconvenient when trying to import content into tools like MS Word, the documentation also needs improvement.

Pros

Using this project, I love that it's open-source and highly customizable, with a clean UX and no cost, the community is fantastic. It's built on the Frappe framework created by the same team which I can also use to make custom apps.

Cons

Documentation still doesn't match the depth of resources available for systems like SAP and I think that gap can make adoption intimidating.

Pros

I like its capabilities and flexibility, the fact that it's open source with fair pricing, a very active community and excellent support and I find the interface modern and easy to use.

Cons

Direct bank statement integration is still missing, POS features need more refinement and while documentation isn't the strongest yet, I do see it improving quickly.

What I appreciate most is the user interface and simplicity and I find it easy to customize, the low cost, open-source nature, extensive features and ability to integrate with other applications are all big pluses for me.

Cons

Although I like many things, the manufacturing module still needs additional features, it also gets far less publicity than Odoo and I find the documentation to be lacking and not very helpful.

Over the past three years, I've been using this tool and I'm impressed by how rapidly it evolves, every new release brings fresh features, many inspired directly by user suggestions on GitHub and I notice requested features implemented in the next version.

Integration options feel limited and I find there aren't many apps available to connect with platforms like Magento, Asterisk, Akeneo, or Pimcore.

Over four years of relying on it, I've found this to be an excellent solution with virtually no downtime and I see it has evolved into a comprehensive toolset that fits nearly all small-to-medium operations, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

it's the most user-friendly and highly customizable IT solution I've come across, setting it up on Linux was feasible, running it is simple, it's multilingual, supports multi-tenancy and the doctype feature is extremely useful.

The company still feels relatively new in the IT industry and I think that explains why a few features are missing though I see them adding capabilities quickly.
