One thing I've noticed is how smoothly the different modules work together and I find that integration very beneficial in daily use.

What I get right away are instant reports and an interface that I find very easy to navigate and understand.

I can easily set up standard DIN document formats with scripts and after a bit of practice I find my way around sales, CRM, purchasing, warehouse and finance, with built-in Shopify and WooCommerce connectors being a big plus.

Visually, I'm really drawn to the look and feel of the tool and I feel it aligns well with modern UI and UX best practices.

Connections with open-source PLM tools such as Odoo, along with community MES and IoT platforms, would help me build a more complete open-source ecosystem for my business.

I've appreciated having the chance to try the software for free first and that trial period really helped me evaluate whether it was right for my use case.

Unfortunately, my association doesn't get any discount on the paid features and I find that frustrating.

Overall I feel it's a very comprehensive system, covering everything from core accounting and inventory to specialized modules for schools, service companies, sales teams and many other sectors.

Cons

For me the biggest downside is that it doesn't take into account the Mexican fiscal miscellany. It lacks any connection to the SAT for downloading XML files and it doesn't even offer a feature to import XMLs. Likewise, it can't stamp CFDIs or handle electronic invoicing requirements. I've read on the forums that this functionality can be added through bespoke developments built for that purpose. Nevertheless, commissioning that kind of custom development ends up being prohibitively expensive for a small company like mine.
