Pros

Keeping tabs on orders making updates and pulling reports all works really well with this software. It's easy to use, helps our team stay organized and has had a noticeable impact on how efficiently we handle daily work.

Cons

One downside is that the software feels a bit dated compared to some newer options we've seen. Adding more modern integrations would definitely help boost productivity even further.

Pros

Putting reports together is really simple and I find making changes to existing orders just as easy.

Cons

Only downside is that once an order is marked as processed, no further edits can be made.

Starting out with this software is pretty easy and I found it easy to learn while still providing great tools for inventory management, fulfillment and distribution.

Cons

The customer support team is helpful but extra training may be needed and that can come with an additional cost.
