Keeping tabs on orders making updates and pulling reports all works really well with this software. It's easy to use, helps our team stay organized and has had a noticeable impact on how efficiently we handle daily work.

One downside is that the software feels a bit dated compared to some newer options we've seen. Adding more modern integrations would definitely help boost productivity even further.

Getting started was pretty overwhelming and confusing. As someone who isn't very tech-savvy, I was hesitant to learn it at first but the video tutorials helped a lot and with regular use it became much easier to understand and work with.

One thing that needs improvement is the "NOTES" section. After a note is saved, it can't be deleted or corrected which is frustrating.

After trying quite a few WMS platforms, this one feels suitable enough for first-time users and newer businesses getting started which I can appreciate from my experience.

One downside is that shipment information can't be edited after items have already been received which is frustrating because mistakes do happen and sometimes those details need to be corrected. There's also a lack of useful information syncing between the mobile floor app and the desktop site.

It did lag at times because of my internet connection but overall it wasn't a big issue.

The integration we rely on needs updates on their end and we often have to keep pushing to get projects finished. Communication overall has been lacking for us unless we pay extra for chat services. If we need anything customized, the scripting process feels tough. It's also missing some reporting features and it's not a full ERP system.

This is the platform our 3PL relies on for warehouse management and since they support multiple customers, that creates some limitations. The biggest frustration I've run into is that they can't enable certain critical settings for our account without impacting their other customers. One example is allowing the same item to be added twice on an order. Having that capability would make a huge difference.

One thing I'd still love to have is an orders dashboard that shows how many orders shipped over a selected timeframe like a day, month, or quarter which states those orders are going to and which items from those orders are getting low in stock.

A feature that works particularly well is the Shopify connection. When I cancel an order in Shopify, it also gets canceled in Info Plus which I find really helpful.

A big frustration is not being able to see unit counts on pending orders. We handle a lot of pre-orders and I need a quick way to check how many of each item is currently on order but that visibility just is not there. That is something I should be able to review every day. Another issue is address updates. If an address changes on an order, I should only have to update it in Shopify but right now I have to make the change there and then go into Info Plus and update it again. That function should be fully linked between the two systems.

The ability to tailor the system and create custom scripts is a big advantage and I personally value that flexibility a lot.

The biggest downside is the speed. Their servers are extremely slow which makes everything take longer than it should. If they improved server performance, this would easily be one of the best systems out there.

I've heard from upper management that some controls and features aren't as extensive as those offered by comparable platforms. Even so, it's still the best fit for our company right now and I'd be happy to keep using it for many years to come.

One of the biggest strengths here is the inventory management. The software lets you set up inventory reports using a wide range of criteria instead of forcing everything into a single unit of measure like some other programs do and I find that level of customization makes it much easier to pull the exact numbers needed for inventory control and reconciliation.

Ordering system does handle a broad range of inputs which is useful but it would be even better if orders could be customized by retailer. I realize that kind of setup would be hard to support for every retailer, yet having built-in options for major companies such as Amazon or Walmart would make a real difference by allowing orders to be separated out by retailer.

Customization is where this platform really shines and I have not come across another option that offers this level of flexibility. It lets us shape the technology stack around both our own requirements and our clients' needs and I rarely run into situations where the system cannot handle something. The building-block approach makes it possible to create almost any business logic and I have seen how it helps automate a huge number of tasks. That has reduced overhead and allowed us to focus on higher-value work instead of manual data entry. If we want to modify incoming transactions like inbound POs or outbound orders, I can simply write and trigger the logic. If we need additional fields, I can add them as required. The API is excellent and I find Smart Documents especially useful since they remove the need for separate tools by allowing automated document creation using HTML and JavaScript. The GS1 label package is another strong feature, as I do not have to rely on external platforms to retrieve labels. The real-time dashboard is also excellent and highly customizable which I use frequently.

Cons

To really get the most out of this software, you will need a developer on staff who knows REST APIs and JavaScript. Without someone experienced, or at least willing to learn, implementation is going to be a challenge. If you don't have that resource internally, they do at least offer a team that can help get things configured and up and running. If I had to call out the weakest area, it would be the billing module. It took a lot of time, effort and caffeine to get it configured the way we needed. Since we're a 3PL and our billing logic varies by customer, we ended up writing highly customized logic to make it work. It feels a bit buggy and isn't especially simple and producing meaningful backup documentation was frustrating at first. It's not awful overall but it definitely requires some creativity. There are also a few smaller gaps in labor management especially around productivity reporting although we were able to work around those by adjusting reports or using our own internal web apps.

At the same time, I still can't print pick lists for multiple orders all at once which is a limitation.

It would also help if shipping label quotes were available while creating the order, instead of having to make the order first, wait for an account rep to provide the quote and then go back to approve it. That adds unnecessary extra work. There are also quite a few features I don't use because they're not very simple.
