A feature that works particularly well is the Shopify connection. When I cancel an order in Shopify, it also gets canceled in Info Plus which I find really helpful.
Cons
A big frustration is not being able to see unit counts on pending orders. We handle a lot of pre-orders and I need a quick way to check how many of each item is currently on order but that visibility just is not there. That is something I should be able to review every day. Another issue is address updates. If an address changes on an order, I should only have to update it in Shopify but right now I have to make the change there and then go into Info Plus and update it again. That function should be fully linked between the two systems.

The software lets you set up inventory reports using a wide range of criteria instead of forcing everything into a single unit of measure like some other programs do and I find that level of customization makes it much easier to pull the exact numbers needed for inventory control and reconciliation.

Ordering system does handle a broad range of inputs which is useful but it would be even better if orders could be customized by retailer. I realize that kind of setup would be hard to support for every retailer, yet having built-in options for major companies such as Amazon or Walmart would make a real difference by allowing orders to be separated out by retailer.

Customization is where this platform really shines and I have not come across another option that offers this level of flexibility. It lets us shape the technology stack around both our own requirements and our clients' needs and I rarely run into situations where the system cannot handle something. The building-block approach makes it possible to create almost any business logic and I have seen how it helps automate a huge number of tasks. That has reduced overhead and allowed us to focus on higher-value work instead of manual data entry. If we want to modify incoming transactions like inbound POs or outbound orders, I can simply write and trigger the logic. If we need additional fields, I can add them as required. The API is excellent and I find Smart Documents especially useful since they remove the need for separate tools by allowing automated document creation using HTML and JavaScript. The GS1 label package is another strong feature, as I do not have to rely on external platforms to retrieve labels. The real-time dashboard is also excellent and highly customizable which I use frequently.
Cons
To really get the most out of this software, you will need a developer on staff who knows REST APIs and JavaScript. Without someone experienced, or at least willing to learn, implementation is going to be a challenge. If you don't have that resource internally, they do at least offer a team that can help get things configured and up and running. If I had to call out the weakest area, it would be the billing module. It took a lot of time, effort and caffeine to get it configured the way we needed. Since we're a 3PL and our billing logic varies by customer, we ended up writing highly customized logic to make it work. It feels a bit buggy and isn't especially simple and producing meaningful backup documentation was frustrating at first. It's not awful overall but it definitely requires some creativity. There are also a few smaller gaps in labor management especially around productivity reporting although we were able to work around those by adjusting reports or using our own internal web apps.
