Keeping tabs on orders making updates and pulling reports all works really well with this software. It's easy to use, helps our team stay organized and has had a noticeable impact on how efficiently we handle daily work.

Cons

One downside is that the software feels a bit dated compared to some newer options we've seen. Adding more modern integrations would definitely help boost productivity even further.

Putting reports together is really simple and I find making changes to existing orders just as easy.

Communication skills can suffer and there are still concerns around internet security. On top of that, there's also a sense of dominance culture in the environment.

There is a wide range of features in this platform and most of them are exactly what we need to keep the business running day to day. After learning how it works, I found it became a real lifeline for managing inventory and handling order processes efficiently.

Getting started was pretty overwhelming and confusing. As someone who isn't very tech-savvy, I was hesitant to learn it at first but the video tutorials helped a lot and with regular use it became much easier to understand and work with.

Keeping up with customer profiles is very convenient and I can update their information whenever needed. I also find it very helpful to view inventory details and check order history all in one place.

Cons

One thing that needs improvement is the "NOTES" section. After a note is saved, it can't be deleted or corrected which is frustrating.

I only used this software for a short time to process shipping labels and I found it handled that task well during the time I had it.

It's extremely, extremely expensive for anyone trying to get started in this market.

After trying quite a few WMS platforms, this one feels suitable enough for first-time users and newer businesses getting started which I can appreciate from my experience.

Cons

One downside is that shipment information can't be edited after items have already been received which is frustrating because mistakes do happen and sometimes those details need to be corrected. There's also a lack of useful information syncing between the mobile floor app and the desktop site.

Everything on the site felt quick, well-structured and detailed which made it pleasant to use and I found the overall experience smooth.

It did lag at times because of my internet connection but overall it wasn't a big issue.

Moving over to it was easy and I found the team supportive throughout, with training that was well done.

Cons

The integration we rely on needs updates on their end and we often have to keep pushing to get projects finished. Communication overall has been lacking for us unless we pay extra for chat services. If we need anything customized, the scripting process feels tough. It's also missing some reporting features and it's not a full ERP system.

Everything is clearly labeled and I find making changes whenever needed to be very easy.

It would be helpful to have an option to favorite certain pages and access those shortcuts directly from the navigation pane.

The colors used could be better and it can feel a bit slow at times.

There is an enormous amount this software can handle and I am impressed by the range of information it offers. It covers almost anything I need even though I sometimes have to dig through and organize a lot of content.

The interface doesn't feel very simple and the API can be difficult to work with. It also tends to return more information than I actually need which makes things harder to manage.

Navigating the dashboards only takes a few clicks so it is simple to reach exactly what you need and I find the reports accurate with help features that explain things clearly.

Since our 3PL handles most of the operations, our experience as end users is fairly limited but the product still feels functional and does what we need it to do.

I don't really have any downsides to point out myself so that's probably something Shipcalm would be better positioned to answer.

Absolutely nothing about it worked well for our needs. This system just isn't designed for warehouse management.

Frustrating part is that it was the only option available to us at work.

Mobile app still needs improvement. More automation for label linking would help and the system can be slow at times.
