“Helped us grow, then slowed us”
Pros
We significantly improved how we order and monitor the materials needed across multiple production sites in various locations. It also enhanced our materials forecasting for each factory by using current order data. This change meant we could accomplish more with fewer staff.
Cons
We ran into problems because the system restricts how many BOMs and routing records can be active at the same time which became a real bottleneck. Initially the allowed quantity was very large and it took us almost two years to hit the cap, however once we reached that limit it triggered numerous issues across our processes, forcing us to reorganize. As a result we had to begin performing regular clean-up and maintenance on many old, outdated BOMs to bring the totals down and keep the system functional.

“simple to manage and fix”
Pros
Using MRPeasy, I find it easy to manage and it runs reliably and whenever I make accidental mistakes while working in it, I can fix them without much trouble.
Cons
I can't create purchase orders for non-stock items for accounting purposes and there is no integration with Estonian banks such as LHV, Swedbank, SEB and others which limits functionality for me.

“Cost effective with tons of features”
Pros
it's a very affordable solution that still packs a huge range of capabilities. I compared pricier alternatives and many of them didn't offer everything I actually required to run operations.
Cons
I've noticed it isn't especially simple and it took me quite a while to get comfortable with all of the features and workflows.

“Logical and simple to use”
Pros
MRPeasy is incredibly easy to use with everything organized in a very logical and interactive way.
Cons
Because all our international suppliers demand prepayment, I'd like the option to export the prepayment invoice to Xero, sadly, it won't allow sending it until a payment has been recorded against the invoice.

“good fit with small quirks”
Pros
this product is purpose-built to meet our sector's specific needs.
Cons
We ended up having to create numerous workarounds for several use cases which was frustrating. The built-in PDF editor only lets me make very limited tweaks to printouts and any internal PDFs can't be edited at all, so we often have to find manual solutions.

“Great functions at a great price”
Pros
It's really easy to use and I think the price is reasonable compared to the services it delivers. The basic subscription already includes a lot of functions and I appreciate that there are plenty of customization options available.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. the product actually contains more features than I personally use.

“Reliable & easy to learn”
Pros
It is a dependable tool for creating work orders across multi-level BOMs, scheduling and issuing purchase orders and keeping track of inventory. The user interface is simple and our team picked it up quickly with very little training. The help documentation is comprehensive and easy to follow.
Cons
we haven't run into any major problems. The platform has remained stable and the few questions we started with were promptly handled by the technical support team.

“Best program for the money”
Pros
We've seen it make a real difference in our scheduling and inventory management. Our team uses it to coordinate products and personnel from purchasing raw materials all the way through shipping finished goods. For the price, it's the best solution I've found.
Cons
Its difficult to pull a comprehensive report for a manufacturing order. I want to compare the expected time against the actual time for each step but so far I haven't discovered a feature that lets me do that. Because of that gap, we end up building our own reports which leads to a lot of duplicated data entry.

“tailored to physical manufacturing”
Pros
When I am working on physical product manufacturing, I find this tool is tailored to those needs, simple to set up and it hits the ideal middle ground between QuickBooks and large enterprise systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
Cons
At first I had trouble grasping the different data objects and how each one fit into the broader workflow which slowed me down. Once I got the hang of those concepts, though, putting everything into place became really simple.

“Complex, powerful and quick to use”
Pros
I am genuinely impressed by how feature-rich the software is, it offers so many capabilities I didn't even realise I needed but now really want to try. It's extremely quick to use and to locate items and I love having near-complete control over basically everything in my workflows.
Cons
Setting up my inventory with the MRP tools takes me quite a long time but I think that's largely because I haven't had strong stock control in the past. I've opted to convert a lot of our items into BOMs so I can get detailed control over each product's cost, the time required to manufacture it and the inventory levels for every component part.

“Easy tracking but tricky reporting”
Pros
handling inventory is very simple and tracking items is a total easy.
Cons
It fails to produce accurate GP reports when I filter by time, I also can't customize the headings the way I'd like and serial numbers are only recorded per kilogram rather than per unit.

“connects smoothly w our systems”
Pros
It connecting smoothly with both Xero and WooCommerce was essential and influenced our decision strongly.
Cons
There are a few minor things I'd like to see improved. For example whenever I need to send an invoice I either have to jump over to Xero and send it from there or I must download the invoice file and manually attach it to an email. Also, WooCommerce doesn't provide a direct link back into MRPeasy so I can't open the invoice from there which makes the workflow feel clunky and fragmented.

“really simple and interactive”
Pros
This software is really simple to operate, I find the interface interactive and every assigned task flows naturally into a clear, logical sequence.
Cons
I work with complicated products in production. When I create a multi-level manufacturing order, the components aren't moved into the warehouse until the entire order is closed. I need those parts to appear in inventory as soon as they're allocated even if the main production order isn't finished, because otherwise it disrupts my workflow and inventory planning.

“Powerful and highly adaptable solution”
Pros
I find it to be a comprehensive MRP platform that we can tailor to virtually any business model and I can heavily customize it to meet all of our particular requirements, while offering a flexible and interactive front-end interface.
Cons
I've noticed that certain tasks become fairly repetitive , for instance, having to attach a file to numerous different records such as manufacturing orders, batch-produced items, inspections and so on but I can manage this. I also feel it could benefit from more built-in integrations like direct links to several apps we want to use or via a connector.

“Incredible customization but slow support”
Pros
I love the level of customization here and I'm impressed by how neatly the modules for specific journal entries and tracking categories are arranged. Integration generally works smoothly but I wish I had clearer insight into how journal entries are assembled and what components go into creating them. Deploying the system can be tough because manufacturing processes are so complex which makes implementation challenging.
Cons
Support for partners is a real weak spot , getting assistance can be aggravating because they only handle online tickets and offer no phone support. Customizing reports is also more difficult than it should be. I'd also like to see more detailed job-cost breakdowns by project or by customer and it would be great if they added progress-billing capabilities.

Pros

“Support is rigid”
Pros
the integration with Xero works well. The sales team completed a very thorough intake. Since it's built by engineers it's technically stable. The interface feels clunky but still manageable.
Cons
Their support team is about as flexible as a solid wooden door which frustrates me. When I asked them to make three small adjustments to the invoice and packing list layouts, they quoted 23 hours of development at $150 per hour, adding up to $3,450 , a price tag I found excessive for such minor tweaks.

“simple and easy to use tool”
Pros
What I like most is how clean and amazing the interface is , everything is simple to find and use. It covers the essential manufacturing features I need, from inventory monitoring to order processing and more without turning tasks into a headache. Their customer support really makes a difference, whenever I hit a problem they answer quickly and walk me through fixes. For the functionality it offers combined with such helpful support and a reasonable price, it's a perfect fit for my small online business.
Cons
The master forecasting section tends to confuse me because I'm not very tech-savvy and getting around it can be pretty tricky at times. Still, I trust their support team to step in , they've always been quick to respond and helpful whenever I ask for assistance, so I wouldn't hesitate to reach out.

“Transformed our production for years”
Pros
For over seven years I have relied on this platform and it genuinely changed the way we manage production, inventory, and purchasing. There's a learning curve as with any software but that initial effort pays off pretty quickly. Their customer support stands out , the team actually listens to feature requests and will implement suggestions when feasible which I find genuinely refreshing. The Xero integration was smooth and uncomplicated. We used to spend countless hours in Xero handling invoices and purchases but now everything flows far more naturally through this system. The CRM is fairly basic yet it meets our needs without pushing us to buy extra, unnecessary tools elsewhere. What has been a real game-changer for our operation is the multi-level bill of materials capability. Breaking manufacturing down into assemblies and sub-assemblies while keeping tight stock control, purchase ordering and parts traceability has proved invaluable. Even though it's often marketed toward businesses with 10+ employees, I've discovered it works perfectly well for smaller teams too because it helps us track everything in a systematic way.
Cons
There's honestly nothing major that bothers me. Like any MRP system, it does require a learning curve and a commitment of time to populate enough data for it to perform at its best. From my experience, the more effort I put in on the front end , setting things up and entering accurate information , the better the outcomes and the more value we get from the tool.
